California’s Special Business Regulations
These are statutory rules governing specific types of businesses

In California’s Business and Professions Code, Division 8 sets forth a number of “special business regulations.” These are statutory rules governing specific types of businesses. The following are the types of businesses that are regulated under this area of state law:
Boxing, Wrestling, and Martial Arts
Online Child Care Job Posting Services
Community Youth Athletic Programs
Businesses Providing Services to Minors
Industrial Hygienist Definition and Registration Act
Swap Meets, Flea Markets, and Open-Air Markets
Self-Service Storage Facilities
Shopping Cart or Laundry Cart Retrieval Services
Bakery Trays, Bakery Baskets, and Merchandise Pallets
