Lindsay Clancy Supporters Empathize With Lindsay: ‘Any Mother Could Have K*lled Her Kids’

Women who kill are not to be revered

Lindsay Clancy is on trial for killing her three children. Lindsay Clancy’s babies are who I grieve for.

Clancy admitted that she tied up and then killed Cora, age 5, Dawson, age 3, and Callan, 8 months, by strangulation with exercise bands, in the basement of her home, after sending her husband out to pickup food.

She researched “how to kill.” She also arranged for her husband Patrick to leave the house to pick up dinner and make a pharmacy stop. She researched the drive time from their home to the restaurant. Patrick called her while he was at CVS about a medication substitution; she missed it and called back within a minute, after having already killed one of the children.

Clancy murdered her three babies by strangulation, one after the other, while her husband was gone.

Do you really care if she was “insane,” or had postpartum depression, or if she’s just a textbook sociopath who felt nothing as she strangled the life out of her babies?

The results are the same. Three babies are dead. Murdered by their mother, who admitted to the crime.

This is evil.

Her defense attorney argued that she has postpartum psychosis and was pushing for a not-guilty verdict on whether Clancy is criminally responsible given her claimed postpartum psychosis and the medications she was taking.

Yet there are scores of demented women declaring that because Lindsay Clancy suffered from postpartum depression, that was her defense for killing her children. They celebrate her as some sort of Margaret Sanger at rallies, wearing pink shirts, and posting “I am Lindsay Clancy” on social media.

It is a choice. These women made a choice. It’s a psychological disease.

“Clancy Supporters Empathize With Lindsay, Blame Husband” reads a headline.

“I am Lindsay Clancy” they post on social media:

I have repeatedly said if Lindsay Clancy strangled three puppies, these same demented pink-shirted women would call for her public hanging. If Clancy’s husband had killed their three children, he would be serving three life sentences.

“My body, my choice,” the abortion mantra of leftist women for decades – does that figure in on the Lindsay Clancy murders?

Most women with postpartum depression do not kill their children. Infanticide remains rare even among those who develop postpartum psychosis. The existence of a real, dangerous illness does not make every killing an automatic “not responsible” outcome; that is what a jury is supposed to decide on.

Whatever the pink hat brigade thinks about Lindsay Clancy, her three babies are still dead. They are saying on social media they could harm their own kids.

Where is their sympathy for Cora, Dawson and Callan?

Regardless of the emotions, stay focused on the crime, because according to the facts and the law, three babies are dead, murdered by their mother.

And the pink hat brigade is siding with the murderer.

This is the feminist movement celebrating a mother murdering her children. But why?

Women today are taking more prescription meds than ever before.  According to the CDC, women are more likely than men to report current prescription use, at roughly 50–67%, and especially mental-health medication: about 25% of women versus 13% of men reported taking a mental-health prescription in the past year. Antidepressant use among women has risen over the last 15 years while remaining flat for men.

56.3% of White women aged 18–29 who identified as liberal or very liberal said a doctor had diagnosed them with a mental health condition.

A Rasmussen Reports national survey of 2,373 U.S. adults released in June 2025 found that among women of all ages who identified as liberal, 34% said a doctor had diagnosed them with a mental health condition and 29% said they were currently taking prescription medication for a mental health problem. Among liberals under 40 the lifetime diagnosis figure was 43%. The same poll found liberals overall more likely than conservatives or moderates to report having sought counseling in the past year.

Women start earlier, stay on medications longer, and account for a disproportionate share of psychotropic prescriptions.

Today, their behavior appears to be a mental disorder – supporting a female murderer.

This trial has dominated a lot of the country through the media, which is only too happy to profit off of this abhorrent case. Interviews with the demented women supportive of Clancy demonstrate a class of American woman who claim understanding and sisterhood with Clancy, while refusing to address what she did to her children.

As we all departed for the Labor Day weekend Friday, the judge had declared a mistrial in the Clancy case. Shockingly, 11 members of the jury apparently were for acquitting mother Clancy, while one holdout was adamant that her defense had not met the criteria for acquittal of criminal insanity.

I question the veracity of some of the jurors, and particularly the women on it. 35 years ago I was on a death penalty jury, and I was a casualty of jury tampering. Realizing I would be stuck for many months on this jury, I decided to take copious notes during the trial each day. Within six weeks, I had already filled 4 notepads, front and back. I didn’t realize my note taking bothered someone in the courtroom – especially as I noted that none of my fellow jurors took a single note. There are always people who want to be on a jury.

Hysterical, mentally ill women across the country adopted Clancey’s case as their own. Lindsay Clancy has become their hero. It is a setback for womankind.

Her defense is a modern version of “women are too hormonal and hysterical to be fully responsible” and meant to show that she was incapable of researching, planning and executing her children. It invites lower standards of accountability for mothers.

The defense is a determent to all women who now will assumed to be an emotional sap incapable of responsibility.

It is the worst thing to happen to women. If women are so hormonal they can’t keep from killing their own children, how can they hold jobs of any authority or positions of high responsibility?

What happened to “I am woman, hear me roar?” What happened to women breaking the “glass ceiling?” What happened to the importance of “Title IX?”

Clancy’s defense attorney is now trying to make her out to be the victim, and had the unmitigated gall to ask President Donald Trump for a pardon. “I’d like to say that perhaps Donald Trump, who felt compelled to speak out about this case, Mr. President, I hope you’d consider this young lady, the type of person she is…and consider a pardon,” he said on Good Morning America.

If you’ve followed the madness of trans men competing in women’s sports, and the support of the majority of women on the left, the leftist psychosis starts to make sense.

Men will forever ask dates and potential mates if they supported Lindsay Clancy. It’s a defining moment in America, and not a good one.

While the pink shirt brigade is crying for Lindsay Clancy and posting to the internet how much they relate to her, they are diminishing the lives of her children – the three little ones who deserved life.

Lindsay Clancy’s babies are who I grieve for.

Women who kill are not to be revered.
