Authorizes the commission to annually adopt regulations pertaining to migratory birds

Division 1, Chapter 3, Article 3 deals with migratory birds under the Fish and Game Commission.

Section 355 authorizes the commission to annually adopt regulations pertaining to migratory birds to conform with or to further restrict the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.

Section 356 provides that migratory game birds may be taken in conformity with federal laws and regulations and the regulations of the commission adopted pursuant to this article.

Section 357 specifies that the president of the commission may be a member ex officio of the Migratory Bird Conservation Commission created by the act of Congress known as the “Migratory Bird Conservation Act.”
