Berat Buzhala is a Kosovar journalist and former politician. He began his career in journalism in 2000, working as an economic journalist for daily newspapers "Zëri" and "Koha Ditore." In 2005, Buzhala co-founded the newspaper "Express," which became one of the most influential media outlets in the Balkans. In 2010, he joined the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) and served as a member of the Kosovo Assembly until 2014. After his term in politics, Buzhala returned to journalism, leading the newspaper "Express" and later managing the television network T7. In March 2022, he founded the company "Media Group Publico L.L.C." and launched the online portal "Nacionale.com," focusing on news production and video content. Throughout his career, Buzhala and his media outlets have received numerous awards for journalism, recognizing their contributions to the media landscape in Kosovo and the broader Balkan region. He has been a prominent figure in Kosovo's media, championing the growth of innovative media platforms in post-war Kosovo.
