Dr. Bill Wells is the Mayor of El Cajon California. He began his public service in 2004 as a Planning Commissioner, was elected to the City Council in 2008 and then became the mayor in 2013. Since that time, he has been on the front lines of championing conservative causes. Dr. Wells is running for Congress in California’s 51st Congressional District.
