Doug Haaland retired in November of 2013, following 27 years of California legislative service. He served for more than 10 years with the Assembly Republican Caucus Office of Policy as the Chief Consultant for natural resource legislative committees. Doug has also worked for more than 20 years in the political arena as a campaign consultant, issue speaker, and is the author of numerous policy and issue articles for several state and national policy/news blogs.
