Martin Marks, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, recently retired from the practice of endodontics in 2021after a 30 year professional career. Marks served on the Township Council of Scotch Plains, NJ for twelve years, 9 of which as Mayor. He was a candidate for the NJ State Legislature and U.S. Congress.
