Sue Frost was elected to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors in 2016 and was re-elected in 2020 with over 75% of the vote. Sue was elected to the Citrus Heights City Council in 2012, and served as Vice-Mayor in 2014 and Mayor in 2015. On the city council, Sue was a champion for fiscal discipline, economic growth & job creation, community involvement and public safety. Sue is a former RN-California Certified Emergency Nurse, Realtor, and was a business owner for 34 years ​in the field of mortgage lending.
