Thomas O. Hicks, Jr. was elected to serve as co-chairman of the Republican National Committee in January 2019. Hicks served as national finance co-chairman for Donald J. Trump for President and was vice chairman of the Finance Committee for the 2017 presidential inauguration working with the transition team following the election. Hicks graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and lives with his wife Alexandra and three daughters in Dallas, Texas.
