Tony Francois is an environmental, natural resource, and property attorney. He served for four years as the California Farm Bureau’s state water lobbyist, and for nine years as a constitutional litigator at Pacific Legal Foundation, winning cases in the US Supreme Court that significantly curtailed federal environmental overreach of private property. He currently represents Nicolette Niman and others in litigation with the federal government over the exclusion of grazing from Point Reyes National Seashore.
