35 California House Democrats Voted Against Deporting Illegal Immigrants Convicted of Sex Crimes

CA Democrats not concerned about illegal aliens committing sex crimes, stalking, child abuse, harassment?

The House of Representatives passed on Wednesday H.R. 7909 (266 – 158), the Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act, which will “amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that aliens who have been convicted of or who have committed sex offenses or domestic violence are inadmissible and deportable.”

That is the exact language of the bill. Here’s more, which includes:

SEX OFFENSES—Any alien who has been convicted of, who admits having committed, or who admits committing acts which constitute the essential elements of a sex offense;

However, 158 Democrats voted against Rep. Nancy Mace’s bill to deport illegal immigrants convicted of sex offenses, stalking, child abuse, harassment, et al.

Every Republican present voted for the bill, as did 51 Democrats, Newsweek reported.

Unbiased Crime Report on X correctly stated:

“Republicans: Can we at least deport all the r*pists and p*dophiles? 158 Democrats: No!”

The bill now heads to the Senate where it will likely be killed by… wait for it… Democrats.

“Today, we took a decisive step to protect women by passing the Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act,” said Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC). “We are fed up with headlines about women losing their lives or becoming victims of assailants who trespassed into our country illegally under the Biden-Harris border crisis. This legislation sends a strong message: if you are an illegal who has committed acts of violence against women, you will not find sanctuary here.”

California’s Rep. Tom McClintock sums up the importance of H.R. 7909:

“When these monsters commit these ghastly acts and their grief-stricken moms appear before our committee, the Democrats put on their best long faces, assure everyone how much they grieve with the families, and then argue to continue precisely the same policies that have produced this nightmare in the first place,” said Congressman McClintock (R-CA-05). “H.R. 7909, the violence against women by illegal aliens act, removes any loopholes in current law and requires that illegal aliens who commit sex offenses or domestic violence are not to be allowed into this country anymore and must be immediatelyremoved from our country when they’re found.”

With an election right around the corner, remember these names. Vote accordingly.

  1. YES! Thank you Katy!
This is such a helpful weapon against the outrage committed by these Dem politicians.
MEMORIZING the names now. We all must vote accordingly this Oct/Nov —- and in huge numbers.

  2. Let me wrap my head around this brain twister, like Ann Coulter likes to say in her book, “Adios! America.” Which I’ve read. So, when Catholic priests are charged with a similar crime they not only get arrested but PBS will air a show about it, movie producers will release a movie, books released, and stories on TV news. Lawyers will rake in dough. It will be in the forefront of Americans forever. All of the aforementioned rake in money from the proceeds.

    Replacement Migration.

  3. See Adam Schiff’s name on that list? Remember, he running for senator from CA.

And share this with everyone. He’s in favor of protecting foreign rapists, stalkers and criminals from deportation.

  4. Thank you Katy for reporting this~! Instead of us just “griping” or whimpering, we Must Do Something~! Step one, I just called Ami Bera’s DC office, surprising his phone lady, {1-(202) 225 5716}~! She was “polite”, & the system kept her vote almost hidden it was so dim. As an “Awakened” no longer lifelong CA Democrat, I asked her why so many Democrats want American women to be raped, raped & murdered, or, just plain murdered, by Biden-Harris’ beloved Illegal Alien invaders~! Silent shock, as she tried to tell me she can’t ask Bera that, so, I asked her to let him know of my question/statement. It seems that very few “Republicans” comprehend the power of the programming of Americans by “American Pravda”, i.e. ABC, CBS, NBC, CNBC, MSNBC, CNN, Assoc. Press, Google, YouTube, FaceBook, et al~!

  5. Heres an example letter that ai created for me to send to these ‘wonderful people’-

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding your recent vote against H.R. 7909, which aimed to deport illegal individuals convicted of sex crimes against women and children. As a constituent in your district, I am alarmed by the implications of your decision and the potential risks it poses to our community’s safety and well-being.

The protection of women and children against sexual predators is a fundamental priority that should not be compromised. By voting against H.R. 7909, you have missed an opportunity to address a pressing issue that threatens the most vulnerable members of our society. Allowing individuals convicted of such heinous crimes to remain in our country poses a significant threat to public safety and undermines the values of justice and protection.

I implore you to reconsider your stance on this critical issue and to prioritize the safety and security of our community. It is imperative that our elected representatives take a firm stand against sexual violence and uphold the rights and protection of women and children.

I urge you to support future legislation that addresses this issue effectively and ensures that justice is served for the victims of these despicable crimes. As your constituent, I hope that you will reevaluate your position and take decisive action to protect our community from such dangerous individuals.

I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you and to understand your reasoning behind your vote on H.R. 7909. Please feel free to contact me at [Your Phone Number] or [Your Email Address] to arrange a meeting or phone call.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I trust that you will prioritize the safety and well-being of our community in your future decisions and actions.
