At Last, Justice May Finally Be Coming For Those That Took Part In the January 6th Probe

Cheney, ‘you’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch’

Law enforcement veteran Michael Letts applauds the GOP for making the right move against Liz Cheney – and hopes the ball keeps rolling.

Thousands of people ended up wrongfully locked up for what took place back on January 6th, 2021 in Washington D.C. And, thank goodness, it appears justice is finally starting to swing towards their side.

On the heels of his announcement last week that he would look into pardoning a large portion of those unfairly jailed for their actions, incoming President Donald Trump isn’t content on stopping there.

A report from CNN has revealed that Trump got some good news from House Republicans, who provided him a report recommending that GOP former Rep. Liz Cheney be prosecuted by the FBI for her role in the probe surrounding the January 6th “insurrection.”

Trump has made it clear in the past Cheney, along with a number of her peers, should be investigated for the probe, believing it to be unfair for the American people. And I highly agree with him.

He noted on Truth Social, “Liz Cheney could be in a lot of trouble based on the evidence obtained by the subcommittee, which states that ‘numerous federal laws were likely broken by (her), and these violations should be investigated by the FBI.” This came following a recommendation by Congressman Barry Loudermilk.

“Based on the evidence obtained by this Subcommittee, numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, the former Vice Chair of the January 6 Select Committee, and these violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” he said in his detailed report.

Sadly, that sounds about right. Biden was looking to punish anyone possible for the “insurrection” that took place, with Cheney and her cronies leading the charge with the probe to make sure they were jailed. It’s a truly heinous piece of history, and it wouldn’t surprise me if ol’ Joe led the charge to get a jab in on the then-departing Trump.

There’s no question that Biden and his agencies – namely the Department of Justice and the FBI – have had it out for Trump from day one. What other explanation would there be for the raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate? Or the sudden acceleration of his fraud trial? Or the numerous cases that tried to slander him left and right? Exactly.

More than likely, Trump will begin this work in January, when current FBI director Christopher Wray steps down from his post and nominee Kash Patel picks up the slack. And what slack there is.

Now the real question is who’s next. It wasn’t just Cheney on this panel, and there were others that played a part as well. It’s unknown just what will happen to the rest of this group, as Cheney will likely get the focus of the investigation. But no stone should be left unturned, especially considering what happened to the thousands of people unfairly locked away for expressing their opinion.

So what exactly is Cheney guilty of? Well, who knows, it could be countless things. But the report, available here, goes through quite a bit.

The bit thing, more than likely, is that she “tampered with at least one witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, by secretly communicating with (her) without her attorney’s knowledge.”

That’s a clear cut crime right there. From that alone, she should have the book thrown at her. But I’m sure there’s more to it.

Of course, she won’t go quietly. She already responded to Loudermilk’s report, stating that Trump is nothing more than “a cruel and vindictive man who allowed violent attacks to continue against our Capitol and law enforcement officers while he watched television and refused for hours to instruct his supporters to stand down and leave.”

Of course, she would call him “cruel and vindictive” without looking at the very acts she committed against these hard-working Americans. I think as this report gets a closer look within Patel’s FBI, we’ll see what she’s truly all about.

As a classic cartoon once put it, Cheney, “you’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch.”

  1. Cheney tampered with a witness, Cassidy Hutchinson. Cassidy went on the stand and fabricated a far fetched story about Trump pushing aside a secret service agent and grabbing the steering wheel of the presidential limousine. Crazy as it sounds some people bought into it or pretended they did!

All who participated in this sham J6 show trial should be in prison. They are the true insurrectionists who actually committed treason! America was betrayed by the likes of Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi.
