California Fair Political Practices Commission Regulations

There are 27 Titles of the California Code of Regulations, which contain the thousands of regulations in effect in the State of California. In Title 2, “Administration,” Division 6, there are regulations for the Fair Political Practices Commission.

The California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) is a non-partisan body whose objective is to ensure that public officials act in a fair and unbiased manner in the governmental decision-making process, to promote transparency in government, and to foster public trust in the political system.
