
California School Administrators Willfully Indoctrinate Themselves With Pride Summit
Features a school partnership with Drag Queen dance teacher

When I was in third grade, I decided I wanted to be called “Kenneth” instead of “Kenny.” I did not have to meet with a therapist, or a school counselor, I did not get a support plan, and as far as I know my school principal was not attending summits so he was equipped to handle any student that might want to change their nicknames.
Why bring this up? Not one, but two school principals (my bosses at the time) tried to convince me that my stance against gender ideology in schools was misguided because the Gender Support Plan I refused to abide by was really just a nickname change. Why did I care about if a student wanted to change their nickname? Why couldn’t I just not use pronouns at all?
If it really was just a nickname change, which everyone with a modicum of common sense knows it is not, then there would be no need for entire summits on how to recruit more students to change their nicknames.
The Summit
The Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) will be holding a conference titled “Lead With Pride Summit: Out, Proud, and Moving Forward!” at the Westin in Anaheim at the end of April, 2025. The summit is every bit as horrific as it sounds and will be attended, if last year’s summit is any metric, by district superintendents, County Office of Educations personnel, administrators, teachers, DEI managers, activists, Education College professors, and drag queens from around the State.
There are a few key takeaways from perusing the session guide. The first is that it is nearly impossible to read and dry hurl at the same time. But beyond that, you will find that DEIB (Belonging) is becoming more common, as is “Family Engagement” elsewhere—perhaps we’ll see a blending of these terms and the dropping of “DEI” in the near future, as Marxist controlled Education continues its quest to gain access to every home. Belonging, of course, refers to the gender ideology cult and how to recruit new members from public schools.
Gender Support Plans are evolving into Gender Action Plans which dictate behavior not just for the confused child and enabling adults at schools, but for the entire family as well. A pertinent question would be if Action Plans are only for students that are not convinced by school personnel to keep knowledge of their mental instability a secret from families.
There is also intent to circumvent any existing or future laws to teach students that “hormones” are safe with no side effects, and about “trans reproduction” under the guise of sex education.
The Sessions
Drag Queens
Let’s start with the most egregious session, though that could be debatable, titled “The Rainbow Connection: The story of building a dynamic partnership.” The Rainbow session was presented by Jennifer Robles of the Stockton Unified School District (a School Counselor Program Specialist and District LGBTQ+ Point Person) and Jonathon Lopez of the San Joaquin Pride Center (Senior Youth Outreach Coordinator). Lopez also earns money from the drag queen world and fetish-porn on Audible, but that’s all I have to say about that—follow that link if you are of a mind to and have a strong stomach.
According to the session bio, Lopez was the first drag queen ever to perform in the California State Capitol and will “continue to use their act to spread awareness for LGBT+ rights.” Lopez has “worked with children in dance programs” and has “used the persona [Hellen Heels] to educate people about gender expression, equality and LGBT+ history.”
The purpose of the session, according to the description, is to explore “…the transformative partnership between San Joaquin Pride Center and Stockton Unified School District, aimed at fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ students, staff, and families.”
Also concerning, considering what DOGE has been uncovering at the Federal level in regard to NGOs, is that session will provide “… insights into how collaboration between nonprofits and educational institutions can address key challenges such as bullying, mental health, and equitable access to resources.”
Attendees will also leave with a blueprint to replicate the Lopez/Robles program in their own schools! Reeeeee! –Barf.
Gender Action Plans
In the session titled “Gender Action Plans: How to Support LGBTQ+ Students & the Families and Staff that Support them” attendees will learn about how “San Francisco and Fresno, have created and continue to evolve systems for collaborative and equitable Gender Action Plans (GAPs).”
The evolvement from support plans to action plans is no accident, as the description decries: “In this politically fraught moment, helping folks know what can be done and said is crucial in turning policy into praxis. We will share our journeys and the tips we’ve learned along the way!”
Transphobic Legislation
In a session titled “Combatting Transphobic Legislation with Inclusive Sex Ed” attendees will be filled with disinformation and bad advice from Independent Consultant Vann Jones. Jones, a woman pretending to be a man, and dreams “…to someday be the first transgender man in Congress.”
More disturbing is the information Jones will present, which is to skirt laws to provide students with disinformation on puberty blockers:
“[S]ince (sic) the beginning of 2024, over 660 anti-LGBTQ+ bills have been introduced across the country, the majority of which target transgender youth in particular. Many of these bills are backed by pseudoscience and false information targeting gender affirming care and the affects of hormones on the body. In this workshop, we will be going through an expansive conversation of transgender reproduction that will allow you to give your students the inclusive sex education they need, equipping them with up-to-date, evidence-based, non-judgmental information so that they are able to make safe and informed decisions with their bodies. The content will cover the history, science, and experience of transgender reproduction, and will touch on the legal movement determined to hide it.”
There are many more disturbing sessions, including one titled “Do Say Gay: Strategies for Supporting Queer Teachers,” which confirms the Trans movement it is all about celebrating the unstable adult activists at school; to create a celebrity status that students will blindly follow.
My obvious revulsion is not due to men pretending to be women, or women pretending to be men—I really couldn’t care less what they do. Just stay away from the children and don’t expect me to participate in or celebrate the pretend world of the trans activist. Why is that so hard to understand?

After reading about the gender ideology horrors being instituted in California’s public schools, it’s obvious that concerned parents should avoid California’s public schools at all costs!
Prior to the rise of the alphabet soup mob, a person’s sexual preference was considered their own business in our society. Every adult knows someone who is gay and it’s no big deal. Elevating it to a social imperative is all about divisiveness and creating a new victim class.
Those who attend this conference subject themselves to manipulation by narcissistic power players dictating terms that feed their need to control. They have mastered the ability to distort the truth aided by government policy and NGO grants. Targeting the most innocent is a conquest against moral virtue and common decency. By not submitting, the transophiles play the victim role. The actual victims are children, parents and families.

I think this event shows how truly upriver the swim is against the current legislative, educational and social current in CA. The “pride” movement is nothing but Radical Marxism, meant to undermine (further undermine, that is) our country’s institutions. It’s true that rank-and-file gays, e.g., and others who are otherwise sensible and support solid and wholesome institutions, may be intimidated to participate in “pride.” That is a shame when it happens.
Also, what goes on in the “pride” movement and its many alphabet tentacles is an assault on common sense. Sort of a “if you believe THAT, and accept it and advocate for it, you’ll believe and accept and advocate for ANYTHING.” That’s when the radical left knows they have their victims where they want them.
This is all you need to know about the California School system and why it is at rock bottom.
“Evidence based”….every time someone says this you know what they really mean is “things we make up and present as ‘evidence'”. It’s so incredibly disingenuous. This whole “summit” is really a “How to be a Groomer to Lure Other People’s Kids into Participating in Your Sexual Kinks” training session.
