- The Secretary of State must submit SB 867 (Climate bond) and AB 247 (Education facility bond) to the voters on November 5, 2024.
- SB 1381 (Wahab) is the alternative retail theft ballot measure. It is to be set forth as the first measure on the November ballot and designated as Prop. 2.
- AB 247 (education facilities bond) is placed second on the ballot for the November 5, 2024, statewide general election and is designated as Proposition 3.
- Assembly Constitutional Amendment 5 (Low) is placed third on the ballot for the November 5, 2024, statewide general election and is designated as Proposition 4.
