CPUC Fines Uber $59 Million, Threatens To Pull Operating Lisence
Uber’s refusal to release detailed sexual assault information influenced CPUC’s decision

Uber has 30 days to appeal the decision according to the CPUC ruling.
Other rideshare companies such as Lyft have said that they will release their own sexual assault reports, but as of Tuesday, have not done so.

I remember when they first started and parents were sending their children with no adult supervision I was in shock….our world is too dangerous, I cannot imagine. The reports of rapes are all over the news and have been for years along with a long list of other heinous crimes.. Spend that extra dollar and take a taxi or don’t go…For the love of life do not ever send a child….
Fine, except in most counties the DA’s are now not likely to prosecute these crimes lest they miss out on the Soros money train. This is not your father’s legal system.
