Chris Micheli, a long-time contributor to the California Globe, has just released his second practical guide focused on one of California’s 29 Codes. The book is titled “A Practical Guide to the California Elections Code.” The first book dealt with the California Labor Code.

This practical guide contains nearly 80 chapters in 200 pages to explain the statutory provisions that comprise the Elections Code. “This is the second practical guide I’ve written on one of the important California Codes. 1. I’m sure it will be in the fiction section.
California has all the “No’s” for secure elections:
    Mail in voting
    Early voting
    Ballot harvesting
And voter rolls only screened due to being forced to.
