Provides that the areas described in this article are game refuges

Division 7, Chapter 2, Article 3 deals with game refuges in California. Section 10820 provides that the areas described in this article are game refuges.

Section 10821 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1C within the County of Modoc.

Section 10822 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1F within the County of Lassen.

Section 10823 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1G within the County of Tehama.

Section 10824 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1H within the County of Plumas.

Section 10825 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1I within the County of Placer.

Section 10826 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1J within the County of Amador.

Section 10827 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1N within the Counties of Siskiyou and Modoc.

Section 10828 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1P within the County of Plumas.

Section 10829 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1R within the County of Tuolumne.

Section 10830 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1S within the County of Lassen.

Section 10831 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1V within the County of Plumas.

Section 10832 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 2A within the Counties of Mendocino, Lake, and Glenn.

Section 10833 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 2B, the Mount Tamalpais Game Refuge within the County of Marin.

Section 10835 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 3F within the County of Contra Costa.

Section 10836 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 3G.

Section 10837 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 4D within the County of Riverside.

Section 10838 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 4G.

Section 10840 specifies that the California Sea Otter Game Refuge consists of certain lands.

Section 10841 specifies that the Preston School of Industry Game Refuge consists of land occupied by the Preston School of Industry, Ione, Amador County.

Section 10842 specifies what constitutes Game Refuge 1K, the Johnsville Game Refuge within the County of Plumas.

Section 10843 specifies what constitutes the Farallon Islands Game Refuge.

Section 10844 requires the department to undertake appropriate education and outreach regarding the current location of existing game refuges, agency contacts for statutory notices, and the potential closure of all state game refuges, except the California Sea Otter Game Refuge and the Farallon Islands Game Refuge.
