The following is a snapshot of the actions taken so far on Assembly and Senate measures during the 2022 Legislative Session. This data is current as of August 11, 2022.

Senate

SBs introduced – 672

SBs passed by Senate – 570 (85% of the SBs introduced this Session passed off the Senate Floor)

SBs refused passage on Senate Floor – 2 (0.3% of the SBs introduced this Session failed on the Senate Floor)

SBs enrolled – 64

SBs chaptered – 58 (100% of the SBs presented to the Governor so far have been signed into law)

SBs vetoed – 0

Assembly

Total ABs introduced – 1,383

ABs passed by Assembly – 847 (61% of the ABs introduced this Session passed off the Assembly Floor)

ABs refused passage on Assembly Floor – 6 (0.4% of the ABs introduced this Session failed on the Assembly Floor)

ABs enrolled – 99

ABs chaptered – 88 (95.7% of the ABs presented to the Governor so far have been signed into law)

ABs vetoed – 4 (4.3% of the ABs presented to the Governor so far have been vetoed)

Once the 2022 Legislative Session has concluded, these figures will be updated with all final actions.
