Chris Micheli, a frequent contributor to California Globe and an Adjunct Professor at McGeorge School of Law, recently published his “Practical Guide to California Legislative Facts and Figures,” which includes his most recent research and data compilation of all things involving the California Legislature and its legislative process.
This newest book in his extensive collection includes everything from historical looks at bill introductions, bills passing the Assembly and Senate, and gubernatorial bill actions, to legislative intent letters published and bill signing messages from current and past governors. Some of his research extends more than a quarter century.
The practical guide can be purchased on Amazon in either a ebook or print version.
