Long-time California Globe contributor Chris Micheli, who is also an Adjunct Professor at McGeorge School of Law, just released his newest book, which is “A Practical Guide to the California Administrative Procedure Act.” California’s APA, which is patterned after its federal counterpart by the same name, governs the regulatory and hearings processes used by state agencies, departments, boards, commissions, and bureaus.
This book covers all of the relevant statutes that are used in adopting regulations and conducting administrative adjudications in this state.
The book can be purchased from Amazon in either a print or ebook edition.
