The California Public Contract Code is one of 29 Codes that contain state statutes. The Public Contract Code contains 2 Divisions. There are also numerous parts, chapters, and articles containing hundreds of code sections, or individual statutes. The following is a broad overview of the Public Contract Code.
DIVISION 1. PURPOSE AND PRELIMINARY MATTERS [Sections 100 – 102]
There are 3 Sections.
DIVISION 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS [Sections 1100 – 22355]
There are 7 Parts, 43 Chapters, and 210 Articles.
