John Feliz is an experienced law enforcement professional who honorably served with the Los Angeles Police Department. During his tenure, he held the position of street policeman and supervisor with a selection to a specialized management task force, where he contributed to the development of a strategic and comprehensive personnel planning for the department. His expertise extends into national security and public safety, having conducted advanced training in urban terrorism with a specialized focus on counterterrorism methodology and operational readiness. John possesses extensive credentials in narcotics enforcement and organized crime investigations, working in direct coordination with the Prison Gang Task Force to combat high-level criminal enterprises operating within and beyond correctional institutions. John Feliz received his M.P.A. from the University of Southern California with a specialization in systems analysis and personnel management. He also received his Bachelor of Science (cum laude) from U.S.C. and was elected to the national political science honor society - Pi Sigma Alpha. Feliz also holds a community college teaching credential earned at California State University, Los Angeles. Mr. Feliz continued his academic career as an adjunct Professor of Media Communications at California State University, Sacramento in the Communications Studies Department.
