Mark DiLullo (born August 20, 1963) is the founder of the Threshold Aviation Group (“TAG”) and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Group’s wholly owned subsidiaries. Mr. DiLullo has flown more than 200 aircraft types and has logged more than 20,000 hours of flight time. Mr. DiLullo was named by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (“NASA”) as the Chief Pilot for its High Ice Water Content (“HIWC”) Research Program, and has provided consulting, training and other services to law enforcement and department of defense agencies including aircraft operational support activities as well as transportation and logistical support.
