Fired by San Francisco DA Brook Jenkins, Ryan Khojasteh Now Running Against Her
Another deranged criminal justice reform candidate emerges

Putting it bluntly, San Franciscans have had enough of “Restorative Justice” prosecutors.
Rather than do their job holding perpetrators of crime accountable, they instead actively work to halt and dismantle criminal accountability altogether. Their playbook includes usage of phrases and terminology like “restorative justice”, “systemic racism”, “decarceration”, “carceral state”, “addressing the root cause”, “close the jails” and more. They employ every tactic and measure to ensure there will be no jail time for the accused. They attack the legal system, demand laws change. They drop charges or release repeat offenders back to the streets, often with deadly consequences. They attempt to attract and grow a cult-like following of activists, donors and voters. These so-called prosecutors have little to no actual criminal trial experience on the prosecution side and most often come from the criminal defense side instead. It’s the opposite of prosecution. It’s the opposite of what their job description and requirement is, literally. It’s a highly manipulative, disingenuous and dishonest endeavor. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing. And we’ve seen it before. San Franciscans recognize it, are well aware of it – and I’m calling it out.
A perfect (and most unfortunate) real life example is disgraced former DA Chesa Boudin, ousted from the San Francisco District Attorney’s office June, 2022, via a recall which gained national attention. He labeled himself a criminal justice reformer but in reality was a defense attorney posing as prosecutor. Boudin was and continues to be a collossally egotistical and deranged menace, as current head of UC Berkeley’s Criminal Law & Justice Center. Residents, business owners and tourists alike had suffered greatly under Boudin’s anti-prosecution ideology and pro-criminal schemes under his chaotic regime lasting from 2020 through mid-2022. He did massive damage to San Francisco, no doubt. Before Boudin, George Gascon was our DA, similarly an anti-accountability pariah who is today the subject of his own recall and most certain ouster by election in Los Angeles. In Alameda County, Pamela Price as DA is also currently facing a recall. Three concrete examples of ideologues dismantling the criminal justice system. We’ve learned our lesson.
Now comes Ryan Khojasteh, candidate for San Francisco District Attorney 2024, another so-called “prosecutor”, initially serving in Chesa Boudin’s office. Ryan was fired the moment our new (and current) San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins, was sworn in, July 2022. The Mr. Khojasteh today is not a real justice-minded DA candidate. He is not a prosecutor. If elected, he will instead seek to return the San Francisco DA’s office to excusing crime sprees, to ignoring victims and their rights, to defending and protecting drug dealers, to concocting crimes-charged data, and will reignite a tense and unworkable relationship with our police department.
The is the antithesis of what a District Attorney is suppose to do.
The San Francisco which we experienced under Chesa Boudin was chaotic, destructive and deadly. Ryan Khojasteh’s goal if he is elected will be to erase the real, tangible gains we’ve made in getting a handle on crime since Boudin’s removal, gains made under current DA Brooke Jenkins.
It’s acknowledged the city today still has much work to do, but we are truly and tangibly on the right track. We don’t need a Ryan Khojasteh as District Attorney. We in fact reject any DA candidate who adopts the Chesa Boudin playbook. We reject the money and influence in destroying criminal justice across the nation through the installing of rogue DAs backed by George Soros and his associated Open Society Foundations, Real Justice PAC, Tides Advocacy and other radical-change political campaign donor PACs.
Ryan Khojasteh has made a grave error in deciding to run for District Attorney. We’ve got our eye on him – and we thoroughly, emphatically oppose him. We Reject Ryan.

I hope you all follow the money. Ryan could be supported by a George Soros affiliate group. They have many tentacles. Please follow the money.
Under Jenkins violent crime and overdoses are up. If I was really cynical, I would think that your intent is to kill off all the addicts, that way you don’t have to step over them on the way to work. But you aren’t that evil, are you? Are you?
