Chris Micheli, who has been writing for the California Globe for five years, just published his final three Practical Guides. These Practical Guides are on the topics of lobbying in California; legislative drafting and statutory interpretation; and, the state’s political and election laws.
“I’m thrilled to have completed the last three Practical Guides because they are important reference books for those working in and around California legislation and politics. These short guidebooks can serve as introductions for beginners, but also as reference materials for more experienced practitioners,” Micheli said.
All of his books on California government topics are available in paperback and ebook versions. Micheli stated, “I self-published all of these practical guides on Amazon and Kindle so that they are available to students and the general public, and not just practitioners.”
