Is Obamacare Safe?

Obamacare is now in its 15^th year since its passage in 2010.  Nancy Pelosi famously said “We have to pass it to find out what’s in it” as she handed it off to President Barack Hussein Obama for his signature.  And this law is President Obama’s legacy, without a doubt.

Another name for Obamacare is the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, or PPACA.  So, Obama’s hope and change promise to the American electorate, is that universal healthcare would finally protect ALL American patients and would finally be affordable.

This law has been percolating for 15 years, which is plenty of time to recognize what its implementation back in 2010 has achieved.  Thus, my question, is Obamacare safe?  And the other obvious question, “Is Obamacare Affordable”.

Let’s rapidly dispose of the latter question first and then hone in on the patient protection angle and see if we really believe Obamacare is safe.

1. Is the Affordable Care Act Affordable?

Some people out there are claiming that Obamacare is anything but affordable, to the point of calling it unaffordable!  They call out our $37 trillion debt and “rationing of healthcare” as the reasons. I am convinced that President Trump and his administration, along with our “new conservative group taking over the house and senate, are figuring it out, which is what you and I asked them to do.  We placed them there for that exact reason.   

But most people are still on the fence. Why? If you don’t pay for something directly, you have no idea of what the value of the product is. Thus, we simply blindly favor a Marxist economy of medicine over a capitalist economy of medicine.  Californians literally vote their paycheck.  Rest assured, all this nonsense is changing.  

2. Is Obamacare safe?

Obama is now long gone. He isn’t even considering his legacy healthcare law because he is caught up in some serious accusations about his involvement in attempting to keep President Trump out of power. His legacy has literally been handed to Governor Gavin Newsom and his Medi-Cal system of healthcare here in the Golden State. And we have a 15-year history under our belt from which to make an assessment as to whether we believe Obamacare is safe. My answer is hell no! I hope yours is the same. And we don’t need more time to tell.

Obamacare, or Newsomcare, is not safe. It is outright dangerous. Is Governor Newsom protecting precious Californians or harming them and abusing them and neglecting them? To make my point, we just got through a vicious, lethal, character breaking, and economy wrecking ball called Covid. How did Newsom handle the covid problem? We all know exactly how he handled it. Miserably.  Unsafely!  He is not to be trusted, and it would be foolish to commit to such an outrageous tyrant. It’s the same as Obama, hope and change himself.

Newsom never did and still doesn’t care about California. He’s got his sights on Trump and the White House. He thus pulled his latest charlatan stunt of prop 50 on the ballot. And you and I are aware of what is going to happen if he is successful, namely unleashing Dr. Richard Pan on us again, as his predecessor Governor Jerry Brown did in 2015 with Pan’s Senate Bill 277. 

And if he was ever able to trick America the way he did California, goodbye America. Thus, Obamacare, now Newsomcare, is the patient harmful and unaffordable care act. Please vote no on Prop. 50 and keep behind President Trump, his administration, and the “new” conservatives in congress and turn a tragedy into a triumph. Your vote matters. Tell your friends. Tell your enemies.  Tell your doctors. You will have no one to blame but yourself if you do not strike this Proposition 50 down hard. Thank you!
