Judge Upholds AG Bonta’s Disgraceful Ballot Title Banning Child Sex Changes
AG Changed the ‘Protect Kids of California Act of 2024’ to ‘Restricts Rights of Transgender Youth’

Sacramento Superior Court Judge Stephen Acquisto, appointed by former Gov. Jerry Brown, tentatively upheld California Attorney General Rob Bonta’s renaming of the proposed ballot initiative “the “Protect Kids of California Act of 2024,” to “Restricts Rights of Transgender Youth.”
The purpose of the initiative is to require staff members at California schools to notify parents if their child asks to change gender identification at schools, as well as protecting girl’s/women’s sports from trans persons, as well as girl’s/women’s bathrooms.
From the “Protect Kids of California Act of 2024” initiative:
The initiative will
- add a new Education Code provision requiring schools to notify parents when a pupil requests to be treated as a gender different from the gender on the pupil’s record, i.e. the biological sex, and to obtain consent before providing accommodations on such request;
- repeal an existing Education Code provision providing that a student must be permitted to participate in sex-segregated activities and use facilities consistent with the student’s gender identity;
- add new Education Code provisions prohibiting schools from allowing biological male students to participate in programs or activities designated for female students and to use facilities designated for female students; and
- add new Business and Professions Code provisions prohibiting health care providers from providing “sex-reassignment prescriptions or procedures” to minors.
In short, the initiative will:
- repeal the California law that permits students to compete in female’s sports and students to be in females’ locker rooms and bathrooms;
- prohibit schools from deceiving parents about their student’s gender identity crisis and stop them from secretly transitioning a child; and
- stop sex change operations and chemical castrations on minors.

Originally submitted as the “Protect Kids of California Act of 2024,” the initiative requires public and private schools and colleges to limit use of sex-specific restrooms and lockers to actual members of their designated sex and exclude males from female-specific athletic programs for grades seven and up, as well as requires parental notification if an underage student requests to be treated as a different gender and forbids surgical or chemical “transitioning” of gender-confused minors.
The initiative needs 500,000+ signatures to make the November ballot. However, AG Bonta has made their task more difficult by forcing them to circulate it under the name “Restricts Rights of Transgender Youth,” along with summary language framing the proposed changes in a negative light, such as that the parental notification requirement comes “without exception for student safety” and that even so-called “medically recommended” underage “transitions” are prohibited, LifeSite News reported.
But Judge Acquisto said the attorney general’s description of the proposal is accurate, AP reported:
“Under current law, minor students have express statutory rights with respect to their gender identity,” Acquisto wrote in his tentative ruling. “A substantial portion of the proposed measure is dedicated to eliminating or restricting these statutory rights.”

On November 29, 2023, the Attorney General issued the following circulating title and
summary for the proposed measure under Elections Code section 9004:
RESTRICTS RIGHTS OF TRANSGENDER YOUTH. INITIATIVE STATUTE.
• Requires public and private schools and colleges to: restrict gender-segregated
facilities like bathrooms to persons assigned that gender at birth; prohibit
transgender female students (grades 7+) from participating in female sports.
Repeals law allowing students to participate in activities and use facilities
consistent with their gender identity.
• Requires schools to notify parents whenever a student under 18 asks to be
treated as a gender differing from school records without exception for student
safety.
• Prohibits gender-affirming health care for transgender patients under 18, even if
parents consent or treatment is medically recommended.
What kind of upside-down world do we live in when an Attorney General and Judge think it is okay to allow boys in girls bathrooms if they identify as girls, allow boys to play girls sports, allow boys in girls bathrooms if they identify as girls, and allow school officials to keep a child’s changing/transitioning gender identity from parents under the guise of “student safety.”

This is beyond the pale.
Hey, you can be insane without being CRUEL. You can be corrupt without being SADISTIC. You can even be a criminal without being MONSTROUS.
But Attorney General (!!) Rob Bonta, who wants to be our next GOVERNOR, as well as Judge Acquisto, who thought this was A-OK, and probably would self-righteously tell us he is “only following the law,” has managed to be CRUEL, SADISTIC, and MONSTROUS all at once, and without even batting a eye.
Next up for these two: Bringing back frontal lobotomies for the depressed.

Maybe Attorney General Rob Bonta, Sacramento Superior Court Judge Stephen Acquisto, and the rest of the Democrats in political office are pushing the transgender agenda because they’re receiving financial incentives to do so?
Bestselling author Peter Schweizer revealed in his new book “Blood Money: Why the Powerful Turn a Blind Eye While China Kills Americans” how two China linked billionaires, China-based American Neville Roy Singham and Alibaba co-founder Joseph Tsai, prop up radical activists groups that use transgenderism as a weapon against the “capitalist order.”
Singham has poured more than $100 million into organizations driving the transexual movement in the United States and Jospeh Tsai, co-founder of Alibaba, which is essentially a state-controlled entity in China, has poured millions of dollars into trans causes and research in the United States according to Schweizer.
What is especially interesting about both billionaires and the pro-Beijing groups pushing the trans agenda in the U.S. is that “they don’t push them…in China,” Schweizer notes. In that country, adults who transition live much more precarious lives because civil liberties in general are limited. The Chinese government has limited LGBTQ appearances on television and in films, arguing that the depiction of those subjects is damaging to the country. Social media companies have shut down accounts on the LGBTQ topic and LGBTQ groups often don’t officially register with authorities because they will not be approved.

This is very informative stuff, TJ, and thank you for posting it.
I do know it was rhetorical on your part, but that this is about money is more than a “maybe” as far as I am concerned. I’m absolutely convinced of it, whatever the reason or the source of its influence. For one thing, it’s the only explanation that makes sense. Very telling that Communist China blocks all things LGBTQ in their own country to the best of their ability, and there is your answer. Why WOULDN’T they wage war and injure us in this way? It works, doesn’t it? (Thanks to Rob Bonta and his Go-Along Clones.) We already know at the very least (duh) that China does not act with the best interests of the U.S. in mind.
Beyond that, the Transgender Industrial Complex is a cash cow on its own, as readers here well know. When we are heartened to hear that it appears the Horror Hospital Industry is “collapsing” (e.g. in the U.K.) we simultaneously hear elsewhere how unthinkable “transitioning” — especially using kids who are victims of brainwashing followed by fast-track “gender-affirming care” —- is increasingly being championed by our own ridiculous leadership in this state and in our country, and thus this “industry” is $$$growing and growing$$$ with the money spigot full on as we speak. And who has their collecting buckets right there at the ready? Logic tells us that people like Rob Bonta do, and apparently so do people like Judge Acquisto too.
Hope readers will share this article as much as possible, in hopes of fueling what we know will be a backlash. Publicizing the heck out of what has happened here can only work against “them” and energize “us.”

Best information about the DEADLINE for signatures appears to be May 15. (Interestingly, the L.A. Times article says May 30, probably to confuse and mislead?)
Let me start by saying Bonta is nothing more than a punk. He pushes his weight around like most liberals do attempting to bully folks who are actually in the majority that have commonsense ideas into being quiet. We can no longer be satisfied being a part of the “silent majority” now is the time to be bold and courageous. History is full of people who have dared to stand up for what is right and noble. For the last few years, I have been viewing negative political/economic news as positive events. These “positive” events are driving a wedge between the people and the “bully” class. My prayer is that people’s eyes are being opened to this chicanery being foisted upon us by the likes of Bonta attempting to trick people by falsely labeling a commonsense ballot initiative.
Bonta and his crowd are nothing more than punks. They attempt to deceive, threaten and intimidate the “silent majority” into remaining quiet. It’s time for the silent majority to completely wake up and be bold and courageous. My prayer is that folks will see the positive that is coming out of the negative. People are growing weary of the deceitful politics that are coming from thew likes of Bonta and Newsom.
