Recruitment of California Male Physicians

Newsomcare would not be feasible without the effeminization of male California physicians.  The process of effeminization of male doctors here in California began in about the mid-1980’s.  Effeminization is a by-product of “managed care”, or bureaucracy administered “healthcare,” which ultimately did away with private practice medicine.  

The forerunners of Newsomcare are Senator Ted Kennedy with his call for government-controlled healthcare back in the 1970’s, Hillarycare in the early 1990’s, and Obamacare in 2010. And now we have Newsomcare, a complete failure! Hmmmm! Government planning and administration of physician economics? 

Please note that “healthcare” (better called “medical care” in the following sentences) is the personal opportunity or responsibility of the doctor and the patient, not the government and the patient or the government and the doctor. In fact, the intimate and trusting doctor- patient relationship is based on one doctor and one patient, and that trust is strengthened by both being committed to caring about each other’s positions in the arrangement and to none other. In this serious business model, the patient is plagued with a disease, and the doctor is an equipped, highly experienced, and eager expert warrior against that disease.Trust (or faith) plus commitment equals hope, which is the expectation of a great business deal.The outcome of that deal is a satisfied and cured patient and a properly paid physician for services rendered, period!

The INTERFERENCE of that relationship by Newsomcare is outright criminal, and it is now time for this evil, dangerous, bankrupting, and lethal parasitic nonsensical hopelessness to end.  

Whatever happened to the male California physician, such that he “shelters” in fear now? Why doesn’t he speak up and help his female counterpart push back on Newsom? Why are California male doctors so afraid of Governor Gavin Newsom?  Why are they forcing female physicians and surgeons to carry the load? Where are their guts? Why are they such cowards? Why don’t they tell the Truth as to why Newsomcare is so powerful in their lives?

The answer is very simple. Male California physicians are woke and “DEI overloaded.” The doctors of my era, the era of private practice, no longer exist. But rest assured, these circumstances are 100% REVERSIBLE! Thus, when management of physicians came on the scene, those physicians in academia became the poster child of wokeness. Not only are wimpy, lazy, selfish, and whiny some of the characteristics taught by these woke educators, but independence, risk taking, caring, ethics, merit, tradition, discipline, hard work, capitalist economics, and competition are heavily downplayed.

When I hung a shingle in Sacramento and practiced in the major metropolitan hospitals, I was envied by the educators at UC Davis Medical Center, yet at the same time strongly welcomed by the private practice surgeons in downtown Sacramento. However, my mentor at UCDMC, F. William Blaisdell, MD, was proud as hell of me as was I proud as hell of him for teaching me how to be a good and ethical physician! He retired from his leadership role at UC Davis not many years after my career in private practice began.  He taught me many things about hard work, diligence to my patients, and care, going the extra mile for every single patient. Dr. Blaisdell is a saint in the halls of academic surgery, and his contemporaries need to wake up.

A great definition of wokeness is when someone can become outraged at an imaginary enemy and then creates ways to be the victim of that enemy even though he is insanely privileged in the first place!  It reminds me of “Trump Derangement Syndrome”.

Thus, male academic physicians and surgeons had an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY to go forward into private practice, but they didn’t.  They selected the Newsomcare business model instead.  That is exactly what I believe happened to me as a private practice physician.  The academic physicians cozied up with the government parasites called Newsomcare and his predecessors and gradually sucked the life out of private practice.  Why?  These dangerous educated derelicts do not understand CAPITALISM!  

Dr. Robert Jeffress, one of the most patriotic Christian pastors I learn from, talks impactfully about our culture. He defines culture as what we human beings make of the world around us. He goes on to define three Christian options of dealing with the culture, all starting with the letter i:

1. Isolate from our culture.  
2. Identify with our culture.
3. Influence our culture. 

What I take from this regarding the effeminization of the male California physician is as follows:

1. He has become isolated from Newsomcare like an ostrich and buried his head in the sand, making him subject to getting his butt kicked by Newsomcare.
2. He has sycophantically identified with Newsomcare and reverences and sympathizes with it (like a religion), Stockholm syndrome style, thus becoming a “disabled” or “handicapped” slave of a maniacal tyrant, who exercises unlawful random and arbitrary power with the goal of usurpation of everything and everybody in California, with his sights set on America! In both cases, the male doctor has given up his “spirit”, drive, force, energy of healing, fundamentals of making a solid living, and his caring qualities to the bureaucracy!  He is effeminate, unmanly, overly soft, delicate, lacking in courage, automatonlike, lethargic, and inert to the cause of pushback against Newsomcare.
3. Which leaves us with the lethargic non-woke, non-DEI overloaded doctor putting up with Newsomcare who, when nudged, can impact, illuminate, and courageously influence our culture with the Truth!   That’s what this article is about.

Physician burnout is a choice, but the by-product of burnout called resentment is a sin against Jesus, The Great Physician!  This makes the effeminate male California physician guilty of serving Newsomcare in the destruction of private practice medicine instead of following Jesus Christ, the Ultimate Healer of our spirits and our physical diseases. He is culpable and overwhelmingly liable. Said another way, the woke California physician has unwittingly become an agent of hatred, unforgiveness, cruelty, wounding, harming, and economy busting, the exact opposite of what he or she was supposed to be going into this business for!

The opposite of burnout in medicine is called vitality. The term “vital signs” in medicine refers to the patient’s temperature, pulse rate, blood pressure, and respiratory rate.  The entire game plan of recruiting male California physicians is to revive them from dead!

There’s no question that for a woke doctor to speak up, he or she risks criticism, but the truth is that confession of the negligent slacking and a promise to transform the way he or she thinks about how to practice medicine and surgery in a capitalist fashion will be liberating. He or she will again develop vital signs and join us in crushing the worthless Newsomcare nightmare.  Here’s my prognosis.  The woke doctor with guts will go from ZERO to HERO overnight!

In a recent publication in California Globe called “The Feminization of America’s Boys” by author Katy Grimes, there is a distinct similarity in what she experienced as the Human Resources Director of a largely male dominated manufacturing company, and the traditional male dominated medical profession, which consisted of non-woke doctors, like me. Female-male issues were infrequent, and DEI wasn’t prevalent in her experience. Neither was it in traditional medicine and surgery.  There were no female-male issues in medicine. Both female and male doctors were tigers, singularly focused on helping sick patients get well! 

Grimes goes on with a brilliant observation of businesses with female dominance which lose track of the purpose of the business. She quotes author Helen Andrews who describes the female tendency of emotion over reason because of the loss of male leadership in corporate America, academia (ibid for medical and surgical education), and the legal field, which has led to a loss of complete and total objectivity. BINGO!

In the traditional doctor patient- relationship, the history and physical exam are the key elements necessary to develop a diagnosis. The history contains the symptoms, also called the subjective elements described by the patient (the feelings, like pain and nausea and dizziness) and the physical examination contains the signs (the objective findings, like a lump or tenderness or heat or redness) identified by the hands and eyes of the physician. The point is that the doctor allows the patient to “vent” their symptoms by OBJECTIVELY caring about what the patient is telling him or her.  It is an attitude of kindness, gentleness, and caring, and listening carefully, and this objectivity (information gathering) half-way establishes the diagnosis!  Non-woke doctors are trustworthy and objective people, and patient interaction is a learned art form, practiced repeatedly until they finish their time at serving patients, which is when they become demented or die!  Woke male California physicians are non-engaging losers!  That’s why wokeness and DEI overload in California medicine DOES NOT WORK!   It doesn’t have to be that way.   

This paper is all about the recruitment of male California physicians. It is extremely exciting that our male high school graduates and college age males, the Gen Z’s are all in for Charlie Kirk and President Trump, who champion FREE ENTERPRISE Christian society!  I don’t think the young girls are very far behind, even amid the feminist movement! 

Maybe some of you mid-career docs out there are getting tired of being burned out zeros and will help us by being courageous and speaking up for the cause of breaking the chains of communist medicine, which is your present flimsy, lying, negligent, and dangerous stronghold. I guarantee you that the Gen Z’s are going to be catching up, chomping at the bit to be good doctors! They will absolutely take you out. There’s a great Bible verse, John 8:32 where Jesus The Great Physician says, “The Truth will set you free.”

All the nefarious fake science and artificial intelligence of Anthony Fauci, MD and his counterparts like Bill Gates and Big Pharma over the past 30 years have shamefully profited and benefited them, starting with AIDS and ending with Covid.  All of this has been gobbled up by Newsomcare at the expense of many lives and livelihoods of innocent and trusting human beings.  Modern day politicians are too stupid and greedy to recognize it, and don’t care anyway.  They worship power.

There is only one option now. That is to privatize the medical profession.  Throughout this article, I have spoken of Jesus Christ, The Great Physician.  Medicine is sacrosanct, meaning too important and valuable to be interfered with.  Call medicine a “religion”.  Thus, we Californians have the right to meet up with our doctors and cure diseases.  If you think about it, we already have a built-in establishment clause for medicine in The First Amendment of the Bill of Rights!  Read it and you will see what I mean.  I challenge any legal scholar to prove me wrong!  

Ronald Reagan made a strong statement about The First Amendment in a short video that was made reflecting his time as our 40^th President of the USA.  Please watch it.

Our current President Donald Trump, 45-47, now has the baton. He took a bullet for you and me. That assassination attempt on him has only one war cry. Fight-Fight-Fight! President Trump wants PEACE!

It’s time for good solid business deals. We don’t need woke doctors now. We need non-woke doctors and non-woke patients and no more INTERFERENCE in our business deals. We need an affordable, comforting, and safe business model back in California, better than ever before, and a secure and long lasting amazing medical system sparked by ethical citizens (doctors, patients, politicians who understand capitalism, lawyers, preachers, small business owners and their employees and their customers, and everybody else in the USA)  ALL guided by our Glorious Jesus, The Great Physician.  Let’s ROLL!
