Revival of Private Practice: Part II

In the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson points out that ALL men are created equal and that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights. We Americans, guided by our founding principles, have the inalienable right to common sense commerce, but in the last 50 years, our zealous and evil government has vastly overstepped its authority.

The question is why? We were created by God to be kind and helpful to each other, not selfish and persecutorial. In America, we had kindness and helpfulness as the hallmarks of the doctor/patient relationship when business was conducted exclusively between the doctor and patient.

But God also gave us free will to choose how to act, and the natural way we all act is sinfully!  Thus, the art and business of medicine and surgery was poisoned.  The doctrine of “Marxian” economic theory and critique that has mesmerized the foolish, untalented, greedy, and lazy poison that has stupefied you and I of late is stunning. The proletariat (the laborers) of America has been pitted against the bourgeoisie (small business owners, the capitalists) of California (and the nation) by the manipulation of our present day out of control government and the monopoly, the same as we’ve seen in history repeatedly. So, as Jefferson stated in the Declaration of Independence, all men are created equal but because of free will and what we think, say, and do, we are not all the same class.  God doesn’t recognize classes either. He loves everybody the same!  

There are three classes of citizens from which to determine whether our society is owned by either the government or by the people. They are high class, low class, and no class citizens. We were a high-class doctor-patient run system, but we were invaded by a low class of people running the bureaucracy and the voting apparatus, and doctors and patients were pitted against each other by the “class envy” poison and propaganda and lies of Marxism they spewed and continue to vomit today. Doctors and patients are now no class citizens. It worked because we were dazed and now follow along like sheep following a shepherd dog who is really a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

The profit due to physicians has been cunningly leached out of them by the hostile, persecuting, terrorizing monsters who turned them into no class sheep over time.  Those monsters are the legislators, the judicial branch and the nefarious Governor Gavin Newsom in Sacramento!   

Taxes, regulations, fines, and insurance premiums have become dividends of health insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, and Obamacare, and have been paid out to the greedy stockholders in the halls of Congress!  Our runaway government is playing a zero-sum game with us, and we are losing.

So, there is no economic initiative in the mind-numbed doctor of today. They simply go along to get along. I will tell you from the bottom of my heart, this is dangerous! I mean very dangerous! It is lethal. Here’s an example. A surgeon will now perform a bilateral simple mastectomy on a female pediatric patient who thinks she is a boy, WITHOUT obtaining an informed consent from that girl’s guardian or parent. That is unethical butchery and dangerous.  

Here’s another example. The health insurance company will delay, delay, and deny a needed angiogram to establish the diagnosis of coronary artery disease and ultimate authorization for evaluation by a cardiac surgeon to re-vascularize the coronary arteries of a 63-year-old man, who will die of a heart attack while awaiting treatment! That is negligent homicide and completely unethical.

Here’s a third example. Getting a patient with occult rectal bleeding evaluated, colonoscoped, worked up and referred to a surgeon to be authorized to undergo colectomy until it’s too late. That patient has metastatic disease in her liver and will die very much sooner than if she had been promptly treated by physicians with incentive. The system is slow and cruel, and it’s much cheaper to extinguish a human being by forcing him or her to die of “untreated natural causes.” That’s more money for the stockholders!

Here’s a final example. This is so dangerous! It is an AI chat box! There have been documented cases of young people going online and talking with a bot about serious mental health problems and being wrongly informed by a computer program and essentially coerced into committing suicide.  These types of horrifying scenarios are now being presented to the swamp in Washington D.C.   How do you think they are going to react? 

There are many, many more situations out there that point to our medical system in California now stressed to the point of third world nonsensical and negligent carelessness, and ZERO trust between the doctor and the patient, and we all know it!

We have entered a seriously unaffordable and dangerous “Twilight Zone,” just like the old TV program, hosted by Rod Serling. It’s a “class envy zone” called WOKE.  It’s not funny. It is maddening!

We were warned back in 1961 by our beloved President Ronald Reagan (40) about our risk of falling into the grip of socialized medicine before he became the Governor of California and ultimately the President. Reagan is special to the Golden State. What he said happened! 

In his speech of 1961, he spoke clearly about fiscal responsibility, free enterprise, and government economy (limited Constitutional government). He also explained that majority rule is a fine aspect of a democracy, but that we must have rights written into our free-market society to protect our minorities and INDIVIDUALS!

You and I now face the struggle between the working stiff (you and I) and the elites in the swamp of our state legislature and those in the federal government.  

IN STEPS TRUMP, 45-47 (God love him)! In steps Charlie Kirk (God love him).  In steps COURAGE. Did you know that our courageous Turning Point USA and Charlie’s successors advocate for fiscal responsibility, limited Constitutional government, and free enterprise?  No wonder Erica told the bureaucrats they had no idea what they just unleashed! How courageous our President and his administration are. He took a bullet for you and me, and he ain’t stepping down!

If you don’t have a healthy healthcare system, made up of healthy doctors and patients, you don’t have health. You have only danger, torture, and death!  We need safety, comfort, and life!

Again, I refer you back to my paper here at California Globe called “Medi-Cal and its Deleterious Impact on California Medical Care: The Cure. In it, I advise three suggestions to topple Newsom and his evil Newsomcare genocidal plan.

First, as indicated in part one, do a self-assessment of your five components of personal health and make every one of them top notch.

Second, read through the instruction manual recommended called “Common Sense Medicine, by Jeff Danby, understand it, believe it, and act out on it, ASAP.  It costs 3 dollars, and you can get it on Amazon! President Trump is already working on the economics of that manual, and obliterating Obamacare (Newsomcare) in favor of a payment system based on tax exempt medical savings accounts and good old catastrophic medical insurance that pays out the claim, dollar for dollar, zero deductible, with amazingly affordable premiums, instead of funneling it right into the pockets of the den of thieves in Congress! He’s even calling it “Trumpcare,” and I stand behind Trump!

And finally, we need to wake up out of our dazed state called woke and start talking about it and doing something about it. There is NO substitute for a board-certified physician or surgeon, and a HANDS ON, ONE ON ONE VISIT with him or her, to be personally counseled and examined to establish a correct diagnosis and to come up with a treatment plan just for you.  It is time to END telemedicine, so called AI healthcare. Machines don’t have feelings and initiative!  

You are profoundly important to ethical and well-trained physicians. I know because I am one! We need to privatize medical and surgical education and pull it out of the grips of Gov. Newsom and his evil contemporaries in Sacramento. It is time to end once and for all the DEI woke, bigot educators of medicine and replace them with hard working, ethical doctor educators that care about you and high-quality performance out of the doctors they teach and provide for you.  And those properly trained doctors will work very, very hard for you if you make them feel special again.  They are vital to our future, along with scientists doing ethical research to determine new and exciting therapies in our war against cancer, heart disease, trauma and every other inflammatory, neoplastic, metabolic and congenital disease known.  It’s the kind of research and technology that will not outpace medical and surgical skills and judgment.

We need merit-based doctors for merit-based patients!  And we are doing this, because we are a nation, under God, and we are healed of our Spiritual and physical ailments by “Jesus, the Great Physician”.  Medicine is sacrosanct (too important and valuable to be interfered with) by the woke, poisonous elites!  And medicine is protected by the establishment clause of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, the first Amendment of the Bill of Rights. 

You get what you pay for, and you deserve what you get. So, let’s get to work and set up an extraordinary and exceptional very affordable, very safe, and very satisfying doctor-patient medical system, built with safeguards and God-endowed rights, such that it exceeds the system of my era, for Sacramento, California, and the United States of America, and the world.
