Steve Hilton’s New Ad Reaching Persuadable Voters

Here is Hilton’s simple test:

_ I can’t stand Trump, but I’m not happy with the way things have been run in California lately.

_ I just want California to be amazing, but we make it so hard to live here.

_ I keep hearing about affordable housing, but it never seems to happen.

_ I want government to be properly funded, but do taxes really have to be this high?

_ I’m all for solar power, but I can barely afford my electric bill.

_ I feel compassion for the homeless, but we need to get people off the streets and into care.

_ I support progressive goals, but running a business here is nearly impossible.

_ I want to fight climate change, but $6.00 gas is crazy!

_ I believe in public education, but something’s not right when basic standards and discipline are so low.

_ I’m a Democrat, but I want to send a message that we need a change.

Hilton says if you answer even one of the test questions, you should vote for him in November.

This isn’t Steve Hilton distancing himself from President Trump. In fact, Steve has consistently said he is proud to have the President’s endorsement.

Hilton is trying to reach the largest number of persuadable voters who are dissatisfied with California’s direction but did not vote for President Trump.

Interestingly and very telling, Hilton leads Becerra among independent voters.

Hilton’s internal poll found that 52 percent of likely general election voters believe California is on the wrong track, and 66 percent say the state needs a complete overhaul, Newsweek reported. “This new poll confirms the race for governor is wide open,” Hilton said in a press release.

“Despite the usual headline numbers, Xavier Becerra’s support is soft. He can count on only 41% of the vote, with 26% of voters up for grabs and looking for change, especially solutions to the affordability crisis that Becerra’s machine created and to which he has no answers at all — he doesn’t even think anything needs to change.”

Whenever I am asked when California voters will stop voting stupidly for Democrats, the answer is always the same: When Democrats are fed up with living under leftist policies, and will vote for common sense politicians and policies.
