How a Guy in Temecula Could Save the Election for Trump
NYT praises Powell’s expert on Dominion fraud

As it turns out, attorney Sidney Powell has plenty of firepower to back up her Kraken claims about the 2020 presidential election, including high-tech intelligence experts who concluded electronic ballot theft tipped the results in key battleground states.
First and foremost is Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an experienced cyber crimes investigator and digital security executive, who has worked with the CIA, NSA, FBI, and U.S. military counterintelligence, as well as corporate financial giants like Deutsche Bank and Stripe.
In an affidavit filed with Powell’s complaint in a Georgia court before midnight Wednesday, Keshavarz-Nia had this bombshell assessment.
Hundreds of thousands of votes
“I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden.”
These alterations, he added, resulted from widespread vulnerabilities in voting software and systems that allowed a “Man-in-the-Middle cyber attack” by covert operators.
Chances are good the mainstream media, on cue, will launch an assault on the credibility of Keshavarz-Nia, who currently lives in Temecula, California.
Exposed a fake CIA spy
But months ago, the New York Times spoke highly of him for his role in exposing a scam artist named Garrison Courtney posing as a CIA spy. “Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, ‘was always the smartest person in the room,’” the Times reported on September 9 in the story, “How One Man Conned the Beltway.”
The Washington Monthly was similarly favorable. In a September 17 piece, “The Spy Who Was a Grifter,” it called Keshavarz-Nia a “hero” for exposing Courtney, who was sentenced in October to seven years in prison for an elaborate fraud scheme that raked in at least $4.4 million.
Iran and China had access
Powell, who promised to “release the Kraken” to overturn the presidential ballot results in battleground states, had other big-time intel backup in her legal filing in Georgia and a similar one in Michigan.
The 108-page document refers to a former military electronic intelligence analyst with the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion, who concluded:
“The Dominion software was accessed by agents acting on behalf of China and Iran in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent U.S. general election in 2020.”
A block chain prophecy
Could there be more high-tech bombshells ahead, either from Powell or the President’s legal teams? One early theory was the election ballots could have been tracked via digital blockchains, which would serve as hidden “watermarks.” Whether the technology was deployed or not, it certainly was on Keshavarz-Nia’s mind four years ago.
The problem with electronic voting in general, he noted in a 2016 cybersecurity forum in, coincidentally, Atlanta, Georgia, was that it’s easy to erase evidence of changing votes.
“When you have the implementation of some of these blockchains in things like electronic voting you have records of it, actually multiple records of it that are nearly impossible to destroy,” he told GDS Group.com.
“That’s the real value of the blockchain. They are immutable.”

I have known this man since 1996. I have worked with him. I believe that the “Nia” part of his name has religeous connotation. I have always know him as Keshavars-Nia.

So glad to see this heartening article and may Dr. Keshavarz’ assessment prevail. How great would that be? Certainly sounds like it WILL prevail given his explanation and sworn affidavit.
We can only hope Dr. Keshavarz would be willing, since he is based in Temecula, to speak about our own machine-related election integrity issues here in California too. Turns out there is no shortage of dicey Dominion and Smartmatic electronic machines (as well as all of their aliases) that have been used in most of this state’s counties.
Elections in California have been stinking to high heaven for a long time so I look forward to seeing if perhaps his expertise can be applied here too.

I read his affidavit. The evidence is in the impossibility of things happening they way they did and being legit. This is what this man does for a living so I’m guessing he would know what is legit and what is fraud. The numbers are the evidence, like someone getting more than 100% of the vote in some counties. It’s not possible. Asking for more evidence than that is like looking at someone with a gunshot wound but swearing you can’t prove they were shot because you can’t find the gun.

Far more likely that the fix would be the other way. In Washington, a state with all mail-in ballots with all but a few filled in by hand, Biden got +3.6% more votes as Clinton did in 2016. No surprise that in PA his lead over Clinton is almost exactly the same.

Despite attorney Sidney Powell’s rhetoric, the Keshavarz-Nia declaration was not part of either of the lawsuits heard by district courts in Georgia or Michigan. In the Georgia case, although Keshavarz-Nia’s declaration was mentioned in the complaint, the declaration was never filed with the court (Pearson v. Kemp; case 1:20-cv-04809). And in the Michigan case, although the declaration was initially filed with the complaint, it was removed four days later (on Nov. 29) when the original complaint was replaced by an amended complaint that did not include Keshavarz-Nia’s declaration and made no mention of Keshavarz-Nia (King v. Whitmer; case 2:20-cv-13134). These sleight-of-hand maneuvers were made without any notice to the court, the press, or the public. As a result, the declaration did not have to face the scrutiny of judges or opposing counsel, and hence posed no risk of harming the legal cases, but the public was left with the wrong impression that the election was hacked according to the sworn statement made by an expert on cyber security under penalty of perjury. In the “court of public opinion”, the judging public had been misled to the wrong conclusion.
I like everyone to remain civilised in their comments, regardless of which side of the fence you might be. We should respect the rights of others to comment, as much as we have the right to do so.
Every Member of Congress oath/affirmation to uphold the constitution never is and neither can be subject to their political views. They may have political party association but their first duty lies to the people.
As such, where there is a dispute about Electoral College votes, each Member must read, consider all relevant “evidence” presented before them and make an unbias decision.
Those who fail to do so in my view violate their oath/affirmation and should vacate their seats.
The election of a President must be above party politics when there is a question as to the integrity of the election process.
