Uber and Postmates Appeal District Court’s AB 5 Preliminary Injunction Refusal

The companies’ appeal is based around the enforcement of AB 5 rather than solely worker classification

An Appeals Court decision is expected sometime in the following months. Should the appeal fail, the District Court trial would continue, but with AB 5 still in effect.
