On the first day of the start of each two-year legislative session, the Assembly and Senate adopt rules for their internal procedures

In most instances, on the first day of the start of each two-year legislative session, the Assembly and Senate adopt rules for their internal procedures. For the 2021-2022 Session, the Joint Rules of the Senate and Assembly are contained in Senate Concurrent Resolution 82 (Atkins). The following are all of those rules:
