The Greenberg Brief: San Francisco Liberal Kamala Harris is the Worst Type of Liberal

Kamala Harris is being portrayed by her supporters and campaign handlers as the savior of democracy, while previous, negative headlines critical of her are quickly being scrubbed from the internet and social media. This in efforts to portray her in the best, most likable light. Let the disinformation games begin.

We are fast approaching the Democratic National Convention beginning August 19^th in Chicago. Complaints and “anti-democratic” allegations are being levied as Kamala was swapped as top of the ticket for a failed Joe Biden – without the populace’s approval. Calls for an open nomination at the convention are growing. Yet, the party’s overall stance remains, that Kamala Harris is the best for our country, the best to take on Trump.

Claiming Harris is best for America is far-fetched and frankly, bizarre. Yes, she’s served in several elected offices, in San Francisco, from district attorney (2004-2011) to California Attorney General (2011-2017), then elected to Washington DC as California Senator, and after her previous presidential election effort crashed and burned late 2019, she was instead tapped by Biden as running mate in 2020; that ticket succeeded. But her policies and solutions to myriad local and national issues (and crises) are indeed little to nonexistent.

She’s been labeled a tough on crime prosecutor when San Francisco’s DA. Though it may be partly true, (she threatened to jail parents over their truant school kids), she also raised eyebrows by refusing to seek the death penalty for a cop killer mere months into her tenure. Then-senators Feinstein and Boxer were livid, condemning Kamala’s rogue stance. Even Gavin Newsom wasn’t happy – he was newly elected the city’s mayor at that time.

Therein begins the long years of Kamala’s slide to the Left.

Its easy to label her as a chameleon, a flip-flopper, labels well-deserved. That’s troubling, since voters today can’t trust her to keep a promise.

She prosecuted nineteen-hundred marijuana possession cases, disproportionally affecting the city’s Black population. She then offered to expunge illegal alien’s drug crimes to avoid deportation if they accepted job training. Later, her office directed prosecutors to stop charging perpetrators if they would have been subject to the state’s Three Strikes law. She was a major player in the passage of notorious Prop 47. The list goes on and on.

As vice president, Americans have been subject to countless video clips of Kamala laughing, stammering, lecturing audiences like they were kindergarteners, cackling, and just not doing her appointed job czar of broadband and border.

I’ve been asked to reflect on Kamala Harris as San Francisco District Attorney, and California Attorney general. My response is mixed, in that what she did ten to twenty years ago could be a reflection of her policies as president, but then again, I’ve seen many elected officials flipflop over the years. George Gascon, embattled DA of Los Angeles, who was in younger years in the US Army and then a patrol officer in LAPD, rising rank to Chief of Police in Arizona and San Francisco, before being elected to DA, where he then went rogue, tossing aside law and order and setting off the effort of now-infamous “progressive DAs.”

That’s the problem. Soros-backed candidates have essentially one job: to wreck the office to which his candidates get elected. Across the nation, Soros progressive DAs have turned criminal justice upside down and paralyzed prosecution. With every excuse imaginable, these DAs will refuse to do their job.

George Soros endorsed Kamala Harris last week. You know what that could mean: A president who will refuse to do the best thing for America and instead instill radical policy upending our nation. We’ve seen what she did (or didn’t) do as Border Czar. Not only is she a complete failure at taking charge of securing our country, but now her campaign people inject doubt to voters by pretending she actually was not appointed to such a role.

Kamala has already shown she’s unhappy with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. Every Jew in America should be shuddering by now. She supports pro-Hamas college campus tent protesters, and she equally encouraged BLM rioters to keep going.

This is precisely what we armchair pundits have seen with “progressive” politicians, especially the incompetents who’ve campaigned on “reforming” the office they seek election to.  They appeal to voters with promises of change, then once elected, they appoint fellow rogue reformers to dismantle the office. When confronted, they deny wrongdoing, attack the accuser (us), and reverse the victim (society) and offender (them). Classic DARVO play (deny, attack, and reverse victim and offender,). Every single rogue politician does this, having denied responsibility, attacked the accuser and ultimately blamed “systemic” issues that need to be examined, as to the “root causes.” Kamala did this with regard to the border crises. We know such reliance on “root causes” is code word for “we’ll never be able to cure this so we’ll just let it slide.”

The highest elected office in the land is obviously supremely important. Kamala Harris is a San Francisco Liberal, the worst kind out there. We can hope the DNC convention a few weeks from now will result in a disputed nomination and temper the field.
