Elon Musk on California’s Flagrant Sen. Scott Wiener

‘Wiener is an utter scumbag’

Sunday evening I re-posted a photo that California Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) posted on X/Twitter enjoying the annual Folsom Street Fair in San Francisco.

“One of California’s Esteemed members of the State Senate, from San Francisco. And they wonder why we call it Crazifornia,” I wrote on X.

Senator Wiener’s photo makes it pretty clear that he’s not taking the kids to the annual Pacific Grove Butterfly Parade – the Folsom Street Fair celebrates “the kink, leather, and alternative sexuality communities while centering equity for BIPOC and LGBTQA2I+ people in our work.”

If you need further descriptions of “SF’s kinkiest street fair,” SF Gate has an article about it with plenty of photos. (Warning to those unfamiliar with or easily shocked by “kink, leather, and alternative sexuality.”)

Elon Musk also noticed after another X poster shared pics of Sen. Wiener, together with some of his legislation.

“Wiener is an utter scumbag,” Musk said.

Most people outside of San Francisco will agree. I am told that in San Francisco, Sen. Wiener may be too conservative.

The only subject Weiner and I have ever agreed upon is Israel – Senator Scott Wiener has been very clear-headed following the Hamas terrorist attack October 7, 2023, murdering more than 1,400 Israeli citizens, most of them civilians, including babies, small children, the elderly, disabled, and more than 200 were taken hostage.

However, we vehemently disagree on matters of “alternative sexuality,” as Sen. Wiener passes legislation supporting the “alternatives,” including his legislation, Senate Bill 145 to protect sex offenders who have sex with minors – a bill passed by Democrats in the California Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom.

If there are any lingering doubts about Sen. Wiener’s intent with his SB 145, the bill analysis is much more clear than the Senator:

This bill states non-forcible sodomy, oral copulation, and sexual penetration with a minor do not require mandatory sex offender registration unless there is a ten-year gap between the minor and the other person. However, a court may still require registration if it deems appropriate. These offenses, when committed without force, where the minor was a willing participant and under the age of 14 are sometimes referred to as “Hofsheier offenses.” People v. Hofsheier (2006) 37 Cal.4th 1185 held that requiring mandatory sex offender registration for one such an offense – oral copulation – was unconstitutional if the state did not also require registration for a person convicted non-forcible sexual intercourse with a minor because it made an illegal distinction based on the sex act itself.”

“Non-forcible sodomy, oral copulation, and sexual penetration with a minor” is the first legal problem with this bill as it is against the law to have sex with a minor – gay or straight. The legal age of consent in California is 18 years of age. The age of consent refers to the age at which a person can legally consent to any sexual intercourse.

There are many other bizarre, unsafe and sexual bills that Sen. Wiener has authored, which we have covered extensively.

In June 2023, Senator Wiener invited the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence into the chambers of the California State Senate to “kick off Pride Month:

  1. This, about Elon Musk’s comment on the infamous Scott Wiener, is so great to see. Made my day. Musk has a talent for saying in very few words everything that really needs to be said about a person, or a subject. In additional to all of his many OTHER talents, of course.
They say that if a person is not getting better (morally and otherwise) they’re getting worse. Elon Musk is getting better. Scott Wiener is getting worse.
