Kamala Harris aide Resigns after Sexual Harassment Accusations Engulf the Office
Harris is Denying all Knowledge of the Incident

Flirting with a Presidential run and quickly rising to the top of the Democratic ranks, Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) has hit a major roadblock. Breaking today, a senior aide to the Senator – Larry Wallace, has resigned after accusations of harassment have surfaced against him.
Reportedly, in a lawsuit filed against Harris’s aide, the state paid roughly $400,000 to settle a sexual harassment case while he was employed at the California Department of Justice. Furthermore, the occurrence took place while Senator Harris was running the agency.
According to her office, Harris never knew about the incident and she is denying all knowledge.
“Wallace resigned after the The Sacramento Bee inquired about a $400,000 harassment and retaliation settlement from his time working for Harris when she was attorney general of California. At the time of the alleged harassment, Wallace was working as the director of the Division of Law Enforcement.” Said CNN.
“We were unaware of this issue and take accusations of harassment extremely seriously,” Harris spokeswoman Lily Adams said in a statement. She also confirmed that, “Mr. Wallace offered his resignation to the senator and she accepted it.” Wallace himself has not released a personal statement.
The Bee notes, Wallace “was accused by his former executive assistant in December of 2016 for ‘gender harassment’ and other demanding behavior, including frequently asking her to crawl under his desk to change the paper in his printer.” All while the plaintiff alleges that several California state Justice Department officials knew about his behavior.
The lawsuit was filed in December of 2016 and settled in May of 2017.
Harris, who has been a strong supporter of the #MeToo movement, particularly following Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court ordeal, has not officially announced her candidacy for President. Regardless, this will surely haunt her future as critics will not hesitate to point out the hypocrisy that this news represents.

Kamala Harris doesn’t notice her close aide is sexually harassing women. She doesn’t ‘notice a woman on the witness stand is crazy and lying about Judge Cavanaugh assaulting her. She doesn’t notice a homeless man passed out on a bench right outside her window. She’s put more African American men in jail than she’s willing to tell us. Her dad isn’t African American. He’s Jamaican. Her mom is from India, as in Tikka Masala. Harris is NOT AFRICAN AMERICAN, okay? Please. Nor is she qualified to run for President. She promises things she should’ve already been doing in office. Don’t sell us this bs now girl. You also were against Trans getting adequate medical care in jail. Stop the idiocy. It’s embarrassing.
She is an embarrassment and her hypocrisy is astounding!!
