The claim traces back to data from California’s Judicial Council, which reported around 449,000 individuals disqualified from jury service in a single fiscal year due to non-citizen status. After all, California’s AB 60 law since 2015 has allowed undocumented immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses, injecting millions into the DMV database. If the system can’t reliably separate citizens from non-citizens for something as basic as jury duty, how can we trust it to safeguard our elections?
Audits have already uncovered glitches, like the 2018 incident where 1,500 non-citizens were erroneously registered—promptly “fixed,” officials claim, but leaving lingering doubts about the scale of the problem.

YES, this is definitely a red flag that indicates election cheating. Also appreciate that this is one I had not specifically heard before, although we know what “motor voter” was intended to do: Register illegals to vote so ready-to-fill-in-ballots-by-mail can be gathered up and filled in by bad actors in a boiler room, not necessarily by the illegals themselves. Really hoping we can manage to get this mess cleaned up, and fast.
My wife, a US permanent resident (NOT a citizen) just got another jury summons just this morning. Even though she notified the DMV when getting her license that she’s not a citizen, she continues to receive these summons regularly. This proves that they don’t even bother to check if someone is a citizen or not when sending out the summons, in spite of being told clearly that this person isn’t a citizen. There’s nothing at all stopping her from going to jury duty (she won’t, don’t worry) because no one bothers to check.
They are lackadaisical in all respects, they don’t check anything – she had to actively select the non-citizen box when getting her license, if you don’t, you’re automatically opted in for being one. So, you know most of the illegals getting licenses don’t bother to uncheck the citizen box and are automatically being registered to vote. Doesn’t matter if they intended or not, they will be sent a ballot by mail and could even be clueless as to what it is. Someone will harvest their vote, though, in their behalf and no one is the wiser (until now, when we can see clearly what the Demorats are doing, and getting away with it for years already). This has to stop somehow or this state is lost forever. It makes me sick what’s going on.
In 2025 it was estimated that California had between 2.3 and 2.6 million illegal aliens residing in the state with about 50% of the folks having a California driver’s license. Between 2015 when AB 60 went into effect and 2023 700,000 drivers licenses for illegal aliens had been renewed by the DMV. No wonder they don’t want to turn over the voter rolls.
“DMV has a long history of union activism and a high level of engagement,” says Tonya Bealey, a Local 1000 Field Representative who came to the union after 28 years in state service at DMV. “This isn’t just about a contract; it’s how these members are making positive change in their office every day.” This quote came from a SEIU Local 1000 article talking about 100% participation in the union at 2 DMV offices in Southern California.
Many of us beleaguered Californians who are U.S. citizens agree with Mila Joy that we need to put PRESSURE on the Senate to pass the S.A.V.E. act TODAY but for some of us who have treasonous globalist Democrats as our senators, it’s like spitting in the wind if we try to call them?
What percentage of voters get called up for jury duty? 10%?
If so that means 5 Million illegals are registered to vote. Forget that official estimates of illegals in this state, the reality is far, far worse.
Every time I read another article like this one, I realize California is a Third World state, with a Third World government, with Third World people, with Third World poverty, and Third World corruption.
