Gavin the Snake and Waste, Fraud and Abuse

Our traditional California medical system has been “snake bit” by Gavin the snake! We have all the evidence we need to stop him, and the exposure of his evil is well underway. These are very exciting times!

Let’s look at the Temptation and Fall of Man in Genesis 3:1-6 to metaphorically explain what Newsom did to our wonderful free market California medical system, as he hijacked it into the realm of the evil government run healthcare disaster it is today. 

Genesis 3:1-6:

1. Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.  And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree in the garden’?”
2. And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden;
3. “but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, “you shall not eat it, or shall you touch it, lest you die!”
4. Then the serpent said to the woman, “you will not surely die,
5. “For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
6. So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate.  She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.  Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked.

Governor Gavin Newsom is a sycophant.  A SYCOPHANT is a swindling, self-seeking, servile flatterer.  Newsom, his crooked Sacramento political machine, and his predecessors “SIDLED UP TO” a very vulnerable, honest, and altruistic system of medical academia around this state (USC, the UC’s, Stanford, Loma Linda, and all the rest of the med schools and residency programs in the state) and took over the administration of these academic institutions.  That includes all the academic doctors and scientists as well.  TO SIDLE UP TO means to subtly and quietly approach something with the intention of integrating yourself with it and, in the case of Newsom and the Sacramento political machine, legally own it and destroy it simply for the acquisition of raw power!  This literally changed personalized, private practice between a doctor and a patient into corporate crooked healthcare economics, the monster political machine ALL Californians in every vocation of our industrial capacity face and fear today, be you a plumber, a trucker, or a bank teller!  We are being cheated out of our dignity, our wealth, and our hope!

Can you see a correlation between the Fall of Man and the Fall of Medicine?  The serpent tempts, and the vulnerable accepts. From my experience at UC Davis in Sacramento, where I learned how to be a surgeon, my mentor F. William Blaisdell, MD taught me a very valuable lesson well after he and I were both done with operating on patients, and while chatting about how to fix our problems. Dr. Blaisdell was a very special and ethical teacher of surgery, the best in the business, and I respect him like a father for having shown me how to care for my patients.

He told me that in taking over the Sacramento County Hospital in 1978 and turning it into UC Davis, the number one level I trauma center in America at the time, he took on the indigent population of Sacramento, as well as the blunt trauma from automobile accidents (high volume) at  the intersection of I-5 north and south and I-80, east to west, let alone a lot of city, county, and state employees, and the knife and gun club “penetrating trauma” crowd around the city and county of Sacramento. This is the case for all teaching institutions in America that sprout up from county facilities, AS HE INDICATED TO ME. 

Monsters like Newsom came around and sweet-talked academics all over America and introduced them to government’s mechanism of payment for “poor people”, those with low socioeconomic standing, and minorities.  The government disguised itself as humanitarian and conned these great academics into believing that Medicare and Medicaid (Medi-Cal) patients needed aid like all the more privileged Californians who can afford their own medical care, kind of an equal justice and opportunity. The academics fell for it! They were snake bit.

At the same time, Newsom et al. convinced these doctors in California that the healthcare system would be a great social experiment to end poverty such that all Californians would have access to excellent care. By enabling lazy people with these government-funded programs, ENABLING them to be paid for not working, they developed a high dose supply of government dependents, and the academics fell for that also!  Newsom and the politicians did very sneaky, selfish things.  

Academic medicine was the perfect target for our crooked California government, and it worked. I moved on to private practice and found out just what cheats Newsom et al. really are.  These people steal and destroy.  The academics still don’t understand these things because they have never been in free market business, which is a lively, hopeful, wonderful, and caring arena.  Indeed, they think that deadbeats deserve free medical care (that paid for by hard working taxpayers), yet they still receive very substantial paychecks themselves from the communist universities’ administrators, which are conniving with the government.   The doctors are so snowed that they don’t even know what the administrations of these universities are up to with the government.  That does not mean that academic physicians are unethical, it means that they are naïve and that they need your help to understand fair and honest medical economics, justice, righteousness, and fiscal responsibility.

What I am alerting you about right now is that the federal government, President Donald Trump and his excellent administration, are now identifying waste, fraud, and abuse in California.  In other words, the money being funded to these welfare programs in California is not being distributed to the doctors and patients under Newsom’s control.  TRILLIONS are getting side-tracked, and you are seeing only the tip of the iceberg.  THAT IS POWERFUL EVIDENCE WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT!!

Both the supply of money to pay the doctors and the quality of medical care have suffered greatly.  Here is a one-minute promo of a television program you might remember called Marcus Welby, MD, which aired from 1969 until 1976.  Those were the “good old days” when doctors and patients interacted without the monster hanging around the doctors’ offices and the hospitals. It’s a little corny, but I assure you, a very accurate representation of my life as a surgeon before Newsom came along!

Those were the days when patients paid their doctors directly, and when medical economics were great. Those days could easily return, where fantastic medical hospitality during hospitalizations, pharmaceuticals, CT scans and MRI’s, complex surgeries, and even ambulance rides would be very affordable.  And most importantly, ETHICS and private, personal, and loving care would be components of a GREAT PRIVATE PRACTICE SYSTEM; SIMPLE BUT NOT SIMPLISTIC!

Rationing of medical care in the greatest country in history?  Undiagnosed treatable diseases?  That is murder!  As you watch just how much money was swindled into the places Newsom put it, instead of into the hands of the doctors and patients who really need it, EVEN THOUGH the business model of government run healthcare stinks to high heaven right now, you are going to be shocked.  

There are many doctors out there who want to be freed of the bondage they work in, and there are many who will aspire to enter this noble profession chomping at the bit to get into  RIGOROUS, hardworking, competitive training programs all over this state and country.  That’s the ONLY WAY to manufacture “TOP GUN AFFORDABLE DOCS” to take care of you.  You are special to energized doctors, and their top priority outside of God, and their families is YOU!

It’s all up to you now.  What a great occasion to reintroduce FREE ENTERPRISE MEDICINE into California and the rest of America right now, at our 250^th Anniversary of America.

Let’s make President Reagan, El Rushbo, and President Trump proud!  For now, just keep watching the uncovering of the California waste, fraud, and abuse of Gavin the snake and his monstrous Sacramento political machine.  We can and will do A LOT BETTER!
