‘New Way Forward’ Act Would Protect Illegal Aliens and Criminals
Under this legislation, the criminals are the victims, law enforcement is illegitimate, and the only solution is to get rid of both

‘Like the Constitution, this legislation is designed to create a whole new country. The bill would entirely remake our immigration system, with the explicit purpose of ensuring that criminals are able to move here, and settle here permanently, with impunity.’
It took Fox News host Tucker Carlson on national television Thursday to expose a proposed “immigration reform” bill in the House called the “New Way Forward Act.”
“Under this legislation, the criminals are the victims. Law enforcement is illegitimate,” Carlson said. “It’s racist, just like the country you live in, and the only solution is to get rid of both. America would be better off as a borderless rest area for the world’s worst predators and parasites.”
No one in the DC Capitol media has yet reported on H.R. 5383, introduced December 10, 2019.
Don’t let the name fool you – their way “forward” for America completely blurs the distinction between a citizen and a noncitizen, making U.S. citizenship meaningless, turning illegal immigrants into a victim class.
“The near-universal endorsement by the Democratic presidential primary field has moved the idea of decriminalizing illegal entry from the backrooms to the national stage,” Federation for Immigrations Reform reported.

The real intent of the New Way Forward Act “is to advance racial justice for immigrant communities showed the challenges of gaining local support for more inclusive immigration policies,” according to Medill Reports at Northwestern University.
The university wrote about a poorly attended meeting held by the Organized Communities Against Deportations, a local nonprofit focused on advocating against the deportation, detention and criminalization of immigrants, to spread awareness of the New Way Forward Act, “an immigration reform bill.” Only five people showed up to the meeting.
“Members from the organization said the bill would directly support Chicago’s undocumented immigrants by ending automatic deportation proceedings, mandatory detention and local police collaboration with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
“Under current law, immigrants who commit serious crimes – such as robbery, fraud, or child sexual abuse – must be deported, regardless of the sentence they receive. Other crimes – less severe ones like racketeering – require deportation as long as the perpetrator receives at least a one-year sentence,” Carlson explained.
“But if this bill passes the House and Senate and is signed into law by the president, there will no longer be any crimes that automatically require deportation.”

“The Immigrant Justice Network, along with a coalition of grassroots and national organizations, demands that Congress take legislative action to disentangle the criminal legal and immigration systems that propagate mass incarceration and mass deportation, paving a New Way Forward for immigrant justice.”
The “New Way Forward Act, introduced by U.S. Representatives Jesús “Chuy” García (IL-04), Pramila Jayapal (WA-07), Ayanna Pressley (MA-07) and Karen Bass (CA-37), marks an important step toward remedying injustices in the U.S. immigration system and securing the full human rights of all members of our communities, the Immigrant Justice Network wrote. “The New Way Forward Act rolls back harmful immigration laws that, for decades, have led to racial profiling and disproportionately resulted in the incarceration, deportation, and destruction of families of color and immigrant communities.”
All of this language means is that illegal aliens and criminals would be protected under this bill.
“The legislation is sponsored by 44 House Democrats, including Reps. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York. At roughly 4,400 words, it’s almost exactly as long as the U.S. Constitution,” Carlson said.
“Like the Constitution, this legislation is designed to create a whole new country. The bill would entirely remake our immigration system, with the explicit purpose of ensuring that criminals are able to move here, and settle here permanently, with impunity.”

A document produced by Democrats to promote the bill says: “Convictions … should not lead to deportation.”
Keep in mind, we’re not talking about convictions for double parking. The bill targets felony convictions – serious crimes that send you to prison for years. A press release from Rep., Jesus Garcia, D-Ill., is explicit about this.
Garcia brags that the bill will break the “prison to deportation pipeline.” How does the bill do that? Under current U.S. law, legal U.S. immigrants can be deported if they commit an “aggravated felony” or a “crime of moral turpitude” – that is, a vile, depraved act, like molesting a child. Under the New Way Forward Act, “crimes of moral turpitude” are eliminated entirely as a justification for deportation. And the category of “aggravated felony” gets circumscribed too.
Still unsure of the real intent of this bill?
“A Mexican drug cartel leader could be released from prison, then freely come to America immediately. And if he wants, he could come here illegally, and it wouldn’t be a crime – because, and you were waiting for this, the bill also decriminalizes illegal entry into America, even by those previously deported.”

The New Way Forward. What a misnomer. Backward is what it is. Good people here in California are overwhelmed by ignorance those who appear to celebrate lawlessness against businesses , shopkeepers, homeowners, and even a person can walk on by you and grab your phone and just walk away without worry of arrest. Maybe when filing state tax, we should all ask for extension of filling date, or do something legal by thousands of us to get attention. Find ways to drag your feet when the state is demanding. Forget to renew your car license, that gets you by , due to the fine for misdemeanor, don’t have to pay it. Just some examples of civil disobedience.
