Democrats No Longer Work for The American People

At Tuesday’s State of the Union, President Donald Trump celebrated America’s restored greatness. He played out policy after policy, including a fully secure border, lowest inflation in years, falling gas prices, falling crime rates, homicide rate the lowest in 124 years, surging stock markets and 401(k)s, massive tax relief for working Americans, and bold actions to restore peace through strength abroad – eight wars prevented.

Democrats refused to clap or stand for America’s military heroes there to receive a Purple Heart and Medal of Honor, or crime victims, homicide victims, or any of the good economic news.

Democrats showed whose side they’re on, and it’s not with the American people.

Who are the leaders of this hate-America crowd? Chuck Schumer? No. Hakeem Jeffries? No. Nancy Pelosi? She still has some influence, but no. Barack Obama? Perhaps. AOC? No. Gavin Newsom? No, but he wants to.

Ask ten Democrats who the Party leaders are, and you’ll get ten different answers.

The problem is that Democrats hate America. And they hate those who love the country, love the history, love God, love President Trump, and love freedom and liberty.

So they hate.

We should be overjoyed that we defeated this dim bulb – she’s always on the wrong side of history:

Remember all that “threats to democracy” talk Democrats have been spewing? Turns out, Democrats were the threat all along.

They cheered at Donald Trump’s attempted assignations, and the murder of Charlie Kirk, but publicly cry over illegal alien Maryland Man, Luigi Mangione accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, and now the targeted attack of Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei.

And the guy who wants to lead the pack right off the cliff is Gavin Newsom.

Are the Democrats are trying to rebuild and identify a leader, or are they consorting with America’s enemies?

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Hard-Line Cleric Who Made Iran a Regional Power, Is Dead at 86

The “hard-line cleric made Iran a regional power.” Really.

I remember the Iran Hostage Crisis in 1979, when  the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and its employees were seized by revolutionary Iranian students, who then held the Embassy employees as hostages – obviously in direct violation of international law.

The revolutionary government of Iran, under the Ayatollah Khomeini, supported the hostage-taking. Jimmy Carter was President, and was impotent to do anything to end the hostage crisis. The hostage crisis only ended minutes after Ronald Reagan’s inauguration as the 40th president of the United States. The 52 U.S. captives held at the U.S. embassy in Teheran, Iran, were released, ending the 444-day Iran Hostage Crisis, which lasted from November 4, 1979 to January 20, 1981.

Now, U.S. Democrats are marching in support of Ayatollah Khamenei.

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) even posted this eye-opening statement on X:

Who is “they” she speaks of? She said nothing for months while the Iranian dictatorship slaughtered tens of thousands of innocent Iranian citizens and protestors. They hung teenagers; they hung women for removing head coverings and showing hair.

California’s pretentious, puffed-up governor, Gavin Newsom weighed in on President Trump’s Operation Epic Fury, demonstrating his sophomoric foreign policy chops:

“The corrupt and repressive Iranian regime must never have nuclear weapons. The leadership of Iran must go. But that does not justify the President of the United States engaging in an illegal, dangerous war that will risk the lives of our American service members and our friends without justification to the American people. President Trump is putting Americans at risk abroad because he is unpopular at home.”

Even old-school Democrat Senator John Fetterman weighed in on the right side of the aisle – the one aligned with the American people:

“One of Trump’s greatest legacies will be how he blew up a half-century of western diffidence, restraint, and failure on terrorism,” said Noah Pollak, Trump admin appointee serving as Senior Advisor, Department of Education.

Notably, I haven’t ever heard Gov. Newsom mutter a word of concern about U.S. service members until Trump’s presidency.

This is all to say that the American people deserve elected leaders who actually love America and the People. “We the People,” the opening phrase of the Preamble to the United States Constitution, outlines the fundamental purposes and guiding principles of the Constitution. It emphasizes that the government’s authority comes from the people of the United States.

Gavin Newsom doesn’t understand that, and even more importantly, nor does he care. But he desperately wants to be U.S. President, for the power.

With the exception of Sen. Fetterman, try to find one current elected Democrat who puts America First, or talks sincerely, represents and acts on constituents’ needs: U.S. Sen. Adam Schiff? Sen. Alex Padilla? Rep. Nancy Pelosi? Rep. Maxine Waters? Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas? Assemblyman Ash Kalra? Senator Mike McGuire? Sen. Scott Wiener? Any of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors? Any of the Los Angeles City Council or County Board of Supervisors? Any of the Sacramento City Council?

These Democrats and others before them solidified their narcissism when they allowed every ridiculous and outright dangerous leftist issue to take hold – not just allowed but promoted the policies and enshrined them into law and forced business compliance: transgender and gender ideology; men in women’s sports; drag queens in schools and libraries; the climate change fraud; radical environmentalism; “green energy” and the war on coal, oil, gas and traditional energy; the High Speed train to nowhere; California’s perpetual water shortage blamed on drought – even in years of water abundance; COVID pandemic; Antifa and BLM; rabid antisemitism; attacks on ICE officers; defund the police; dumbing down education for indoctrination; an open border for four years; citizen “replacement theory” with illegal aliens… the list is long and very destructive, and not one of the issues is something most Democrats would want for their own families, children or family businesses.

Democrats are weak.

But now President Trump, with his election in 2024, is breaking down the leftist stranglehold with every press conference, every new policy, 100 regulations cancelled for every new one, every military decision, every economic action, every new pro-business guideline, every repair to education policy, his unleashing American energy, ending years of burdensome regulations, job-killing mandates, and foreign-dependent policies; “we the people” and “America First” is winning.

Heads are exploding on the left because they know democrats’ reign of destruction on America is kaput – the gig is up. They overreached because they never know when to stop, because of their lust for power and control. They may have cost themselves several Presidential elections, until they can rebuild a new bench of people who won’t beclown America’s historic political system with their selfish, self-centered priorities.

Just imagine what the legacy media headlines would have been if Barack Obama delivered what President Trump has just in the Big Beautiful Bill:
