By Katy Grimes and Evan Symon, November 5, 2024 5:29 pm

It is going to be a long night. But…

Republicans have now officially won a majority in the United States Senate!

12:01 EST, 9:01 PST, Trump winning Georgia, and EIB radio host Clay Travis said Kamala’s “brain trust” is acknowledging she’s cooked.

Wow – Republicans Flip Governor‘s Mansion in Puerto Rico, Despite Joke Controversy. This is big!

California voters pass Proposition 36, which increases consequences for fentanyl and theft crimes.

David Sacks on X:

US media is bankrupt. This election is evidence.

Elon Musk acknowledges:

There is not a lot to report on at this point on election night… thanks to corrupted media. So for your entertainment, here are a few thoughts and headlines…

GOP Wins Control of U.S. Senate:

From the earliest returns a few thoughts…

From Thomas Buckley:

If Trump keeps Virginia within 8 points, even if he loses it will show a national trend that Harris may have problems.

As to the big DC suburbs in Virginia, Harris needs a two-to-one victory there.  These are government workers and they want to keep their jobs.

Indianan, Kentucky, and Florida seem to be trending about the same as they did in both 2016 and 2020 – Trump has already been called the winner in two of them.

As for Georgia, watch carefully – Atlanta, like most big cities across the country for whatever reason tend to report results if ever…lol – Trump needs to take at least 55% outside of the metroplex, in which all of us have changed planes.

That number is needed for Trump to make sure that Atlanta doesn’t do what happened last time.

From Evan Symon:

Trump is overperforming on Latino voters and younger voters across the board. Harris has some strength left, but Trump just took over some college heavy counties he didn’t get in 2016 or 2020.
