US Attorney General Pam Bondi Warns Gov. Newsom and AG Bonta About Violating Federal Immigration Law
‘If you are a state not complying with federal law, you’re next. Get ready’

There’s a new Sheriff in town. United States Attorney General Pam Bondi accused New York leaders of prioritizing “illegal aliens over American citizens,” Wednesday in a press conference.
“President Trump has directed this to STOP,” Bondi said, following an announcement that she will hold New York and its officials accountable for violating federal immigration law.
AG Bondi announced the Department of Justice filed charges against the State of New York, Gov. Kathy Hochul, AG Letitia James, and DMV Commissioner Mark Schroeder. “New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. It stops — it stops TODAY,” Bondi said.
She issued the same warning to states like California which are also violating federal immigration law: “If you are a state not complying with federal law, you’re next. Get ready.”
It was only 6 days ago when California Governor Gavin Newsom defiantly signed legislation authorizing a $50 million legal slush fund to “Trump-proof” the state against the President – $50 million that the state doesn’t have so Attorney General Rob Bonta can spend more time and taxpayer money to file lawsuits against the Trump administration in an attempt to defend California’s indefensible leftist policies.
Not a wise move.
Newsom even claimed in his signing message that the funding is not to be used for “immigration related legal services,” but the bill actually does, as the Globe reported:
“SBX1-2 amends the Budget Act to add funding for Legal Services, including $25 million for legal assistance for Californians and immigrant communities.”
It’s about time the people have an Attorney General holding all states accountable. California’s sanctuary state law puts every resident in danger, and is costing taxpayers a shocking amount of money.
California Mayors and City Councils are also defying federal immigration law. As the Globe reported last week, Sacramento’s newest leftist Mayor, Kevin McCarty, fresh out of the California Legislature, thought it was more important to let “immigrant communities” believe they are in danger of being deported because of President Trump’s administration, rather than differentiate between “immigrant communities” and those who are in the state and in Sacramento illegally, committing crimes and victimizing residents.
Democrats really are cruel.
As one of her first actions upon being confirmed by the US Senate as Attorney General last week, AG Bondi ordered a freeze on federal funding to sanctuary cities after being sworn in to office the same day.
That’s gonna leave a mark.
Complimenting Bondi’s warning is a proposed bill in the U.S. Senate that would allow the victims of crimes committed by illegal aliens to sue the sanctuary cities that facilitated that crime. In “Make California Safe Again: Bill Introduced to Cut Sanctuary Cities’ Federal Funding,” we document how California’s sanctuary state law puts everyone in danger, and provide the history of Democrats prioritizing illegal criminal aliens in the state over law-abiding legal citizens.
California still is home to the largest illegal-alien population in the country, initially with 35 sanctuary cities, morphing into the full state as a sanctuary, courtesy of California’s Democrat lawmakers.
It’s time to Make California Safe Again.

He, He, He! Bonta and Noisome are not going to know what to do with a Real Tiger. Bondi will make them wish they had never gone in to politics.
Time to stock up on popcorn.
I also seem to recall that 30% of Newsom’s balanced 25-26 proposed budget is subsidized with Federal dollars. Not a good spot to be in. Radical commonsense change is quickly coming to California.
Now we’re talking!
Let’s Go!
I am here for it!
Last time I checked Federal law trumps state law when defending our sovereignty!
