Communist Healthcare and Physician Censorship
A government that would forbid a physician from even talking with a patient, was and remains battery in the simplest form of informed consent

Abjuring or avoiding harm to a patient is a fundamental responsibility of a physician. To harm a patient, either verbally or physically, is a crime. The covenant in the oath is the same as saying “Do no harm,” and it is a vital quality of caring, and it’s been around for a long time.
There is a basic law here in California that is part of the contract between a doctor and his or her patient called “Informed Consent”. The first question a malpractice plaintiff attorney will ask if there is suspected negligence on the part of the physician relates to informed consent. It is very needed and basic part of the patient’s chart, and is obtained by the physician providing the treatment, either medical or surgical.
The elements of this contractual obligation are three in number. 1.) What is the rationale for the procedure or treatment? 2.) What are the risks? 3.) What are the alternatives? These three simple questions determine whether the patient or the patient’s parent(s) or guardian, if less than 18 years of age (a minor), choose to go ahead with the therapy.
This completed document defines trust and allowance to go ahead. If all these questions are not well understood, the patient would be a fool to allow the doctor to proceed. If a patient wasn’t informed at all, that would be equivalent to verbal harm or abuse at the least. California law describes this negligence as battery, which is criminal and punishable.
Thus, in its most basic form, it is criminal for a physician not to obtain a detailed informed consent before committing or omitting medical or surgical therapy on any patient. If the patient is physically harmed, a simple slap on the wrist could turn into major jail time for the physician. For example, we hear about sex change procedures on minors without parental consent. The proper punishment for the butcher performing this procedure is very serious. What would you do if your child were to be tempted and then go ahead with such a process without your approval?
The topic of this paper has both cause and effect. The cause is communist healthcare, and the effect is physician censorship. If the common sense, skills, and judgment of a physician, namely that physician’s first amendment rights (endowed by God) are violated by the government, that’s a big problem. To censor or outright silence a physician trying to do his or her job when working with patients is oppression.
On October 3, 2022, Gavin Newsom signed into law a misinformation bill designed to punish physicians for getting in the way of covid vaccination mandates. It was quickly blown up in court, but the damage was done. No doctor from that point on would then be willing to speak out against this California mandate, rescinded or not. No doctor would walk around in his or her office without a mask or covid distancing, etc., nor would that doctor allow his or her office staff do so. No California hospital would avoid PCR covid testing of any patient being admitted or allow extended family into the patient’s room even when the patient was dying. These are tyrannical mandates.
A government that would forbid a physician from even talking with a patient, was and remains battery in the simplest form of informed consent. If a doctor were to speak up, he or she would be snitched on and yelped. Why would a doctor risk losing his or her job and reputation by speaking up or defiantly acting out? Would you? This is all the fault of the government.
So, in essence, when all the dust settles, the government, now owning the complete means of production of the medical profession, the means of distribution of medical goods and services, and assigning the labor of all their healthcare workers, is guilty of harm upon the citizens of America, to one extent or the other. These are the three elements of Marxism, thus defining Communist Healthcare.
Communist healthcare is the cause of physician censorship. Said another way, tyrannical government is the cause of the omission of the physician’s right and responsibility to obtain an informed consent from a patient. We have a very unhealthy government and a very unhealthy medical profession, now defined as a corrupt healthcare system. And all of this is based on the exercise of unconstitutional arbitrary power.
The reason I am going into all of this is to be sure everybody is aware that we have an important election coming up November 5, 2024, and we need to vote smartly because there is a lot at stake. Corrupt California politics is invading Washington D.C.
California politicians and their moves are better understood by concerned Californians than anyone out there. We the people of California understand Kamala Harris the best. And we also understand Newsom very well. It’s my opinion that Newsom and his bloated ego is simply offering up Harris as a sacrifice because he’s afraid to go head-to-head against Trump. Newsom believes he will be all set in 2028 to run against anybody, and Trump will be gone. Newsom is a coward.
So, let’s hone in on Kamala. The only thing I hear she wants to preserve is universal healthcare and ending private healthcare insurance in America. She will otherwise mimic and copy Trump. Cinch down the border, strengthen the middle class, stop crime, joy, and so forth will be her talking points. Now her California history includes her DA work in San Francisco and her tour as Attorney General. She then took over Barbara Boxer’s job as the junior California US senator and there we have it. I believe she is in a very vulnerable spot.
Kamala was a tough prosecutor while in California. I wonder what her position on Newsom’s physician censorship of California physicians would have been on October 3, 2022, but she was vice president at the time with other things on her mind.
Maybe we should ask her. Kamala, do you promise to protect the physicians of America and their right to obtain informed consent when you take over as president, or will you be more like Newsom and try to block it? After all, you define yourself as a tough prosecutor, and your work is for the benefit of the public and to bust criminals, right?
Doctors owned by the government are slaves. They do what they are told to, not what they want to do. Kamala would have to decide whether she would be for the law and bust criminal doctors, or to sensor them like Newsom and be guilty of harming and killing the American populace.
If she re-instated a physician’s right and responsibility to obtain informed consent, she would no longer own doctors and would shoot down government run healthcare. If she continued to censor doctors, she would be complicit in criminal abuse and the continued harming or deaths of millions and millions of American people. It is my opinion that Kamala is trapped in a catch-22.

Healthcare was better and more affordable before big government and big insurance corporations took it over?
Absolutely. But this process has been a very slow cook. We need to get back a new and improved version of what we lost, called free enterprise medicine. Great question TJ!
Agreed. Private insurance while it may have been a great concept, but it has become another avenue of bloated corruption and inefficiency. Removing the government and our current form of insurance will drive costs down, increase service levels and put more money in just about everyone’s pockets (the government takes a hit).
