‘Dignity Act’ is Just Another ‘Mass Amnesty Bill’
‘DIGNIDAD Act’ would give legal status to over 10 million illegal aliens

We are all of a sudden hearing a lot about the “DIGNIDAD (Dignity Act),” another mass amnesty bill, a holdover re-written from 2006, this one sponsored by Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL), and reintroduced in July 2025.
Supporters of this amnesty bill claim it will address “securing the border and ending illegal immigration, reforming the asylum system to make it more efficient and reduce catch-and-release practices, providing a legal solution for certain illegal immigrants already in the U.S., protecting American workers and key industries facing labor shortages and modernizing legal immigration to better align with current economic needs,” according to the Daily Caller.
However, Rep. Brandon Gill of Texas has been blasting the so‑called Dignity Act of 2025 as an amnesty plan dressed up in “border security” talking points, Texas Scorecard reports.
Maria, your ‘DIGNIDAD Act’ would give legal status to over 10 million illegal aliens.
It’s rank amnesty and everybody knows it.
I want dignity for Americans – the people whose interests we represent – not illegal aliens. That means doing what we said we’d do: mass deportations. https://t.co/Dfikdclsam

H.R. 4393, formally titled the DIGNIDAD Act of 2025 (Spanish for dignity), was authored by U.S. Rep. María Elvira Salazar (R–FL).
Notably, English is the official language of the United States. The bill should be in English next time.
H.R. 4393 packages some legitimate enforcement ideas with a sweeping new legalization scheme for millions of illegal aliens, Texas Scorecard says.
“It touts more border infrastructure, asylum tweaks, and a national mandatory E‑Verify system, but at its core the bill creates long‑term ‘Dignity’ status, work permits, and eventual green card pathways for those who entered and remain here illegally.”
Rep. Gill took aim at the plan Tuesday, posting on X, “The Dignity Act is mass amnesty and would constitute a terrible betrayal of our voters.”

Watch the language – any political bill with the word “dignity” prominently displayed in the title is amnesty.
Brick Suit on X responded: “What’s up with the part where lawyers get their loans forgiven for defending illegals? You want taxpayers to fund lawyers to give illegal aliens permanent residency!”
Indeed.
These are the “bi-partisan” co-sponsors of the Dignity Act. They all should be primaried. The Globe has highlighted the California Congress members:
Cosponsors of H.R. 4393
This bill has 39 cosponsors — 20 Democrats, 19 Republicans — plus its sponsor, Rep. Salazar.

You can see we still have a lot of RINOs in the swamp trying to destroy the country. If you are not a real Republican, then you need to be voted out of office.
We need more Brandon Gills in Congress and less Maria Salazars!
The bill has a clause to pause all ICE deportations for 2 years. We should ask why would that be included.
This bill should go down in flames!
NO to this lamebrain RINO amnesty bill.
