Gen Z: Republican National Convention Showed Us Help is On the Way

We can never let our nation get to this point again

By Jordan Brace, July 24, 2024 9:00 am

In the midst of the darkness we have light.

On July 13th we all watched in horror as former President Donald Trump was shot and injured by a sniper trying to assassinate him. Thankfully President Trump was not critically injured and stood up, his fist in the air and yelled fight, fight, fight. That is our President. Sadly Hero Fire Chief Corey Comperatore was killed. Chief Comperatore died while protecting his family from the snipers bullets intended for President Trump. Chief Comperatore died as he lived, a true Hero. Two more people were severely wounded, David Dutch and James Copenhaver. Our prayers go out to them all.

We as a nation could have fallen, we could have lost President Trump but instead our RNC started and President Trump and all strong Conservative Republicans came together to show we will not fall, our President will not fall, our nation will not fall and as a great Constitutional Republic we will once again become one as Americans. There were brilliant speeches at the RNC, there were tears, there were people honoring our 13 Heroes lost in Afghanistan and for Hero Chief Comperatore and there was also strength and love.

We as a nation instead of allowing division and hate in the wake of terror showed how strong we are. We have an incredible team in President Trump and Vice President Nominee J.D. Vance fighting for the future of our nation. Eric Trump spoke about how courageous President Trump is, how we need a strong leader and will have it again with President Trump. We now have a country full of hate, division and broken promises, the RNC showed us help is on the way. We will under President Trump and VP Vance have safety and unity in our country, our communities and our streets. We must teach Americans to love our country again, protect our country, love our flag and to support our allies. The strength of our country is dependent on a strong leader and the support of all Americans. I saw love of country, love of President Trump, I saw everyone coming together for the same goal, to save our Nation. He said “the discord and division in our society must be healed” and he’s right. As the left tried to divide us and create hate like the chaos on college campuses and the sniper, we as Conservative Republicans refuse to bow down to it.

I was so proud watching fellow Americans at the RNC, I was so proud of our President and became emotional when he accepted the nomination. President Trump never gives up, he fights for our country and all of us, he puts America first and I was so proud watching fellow Republican Americans join together to support what was broken and will now heal. We as a nation refuse to be broken, we are far too strong for that. We want our country back and we are coming back greater and stronger. This is not just a fight for our country, it’s a fight for each and every one of us, it’s a fight for our Constitutional rights and for not just our generation but all future generations. Do we want to allow our future generations to be led with hate and division or with love and unity? We should all feel free, safe, and united. We should bring the pledge of allegiance back into our schools and live by good conservative values. We must stop the hate or we as a nation will permanently fall.

We listened as VP nominee Vance spoke about his hometown and forgotten communities. We as a nation should not and will not have anymore forgotten communities. We will not allow our fellow Americans to ever be forgotten but instead supported and strengthened by the opportunities our Great Country allows us.

My favorite speech of the convention was that of President Trump. He spoke about the assassination attempt. He honored Hero Corey Comperatore, he honored the brave men and women of the Secret Service and he thanked God. We as a nation are also so grateful for his safety. President Trump spoke about our open borders, our violent crime, our failed economy under Biden and how we have to start repairing our country. We have been living in darkness under the Biden-Harris administration but our country has faced dark days before, we will always prevail.

The left weaponizes our DOJ, our FBI and our citizens against us and against the truth. They weaponize our court system against their opponents and all the while we as conservatives are trying to unite. When President Trump spoke his love of country, his strength and his never ending drive to repair our country and heal our nation showed through. The RNC showed us just how many people are supporting our Nation’s rise to greatness again under President Trump.

The RNC and all conservatives don’t believe in division, we don’t care about skin color or religion, we all believe every American is equal and can have equal opportunities in our Great Nation. We will have secure borders, we will have safe streets, we will keep kids safe and our families will prosper. We will again be energy independent and never again beg our enemies for oil. We will again become the Strongest Nation on earth, the safest nation on earth and our allies will once again love us as our enemies fear us. We can never let our nation get to this point again – we are the future and if we don’t protect our President and our Nation we will ultimately be destroyed.

British Prime Minister Winston Churchill once said, “those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” We have to learn from the destruction the current administration has caused and vow to never let it happen again. We were once the strongest and Greatest Nation on earth and we will become that again under President Trump. With President Trump as our leader we will MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

  1. You give me hope Miss. Brace.
Thank you for sharing your experience.
I was very happy to see so many young, fresh faces at the convention.
I am also witnessing more young people turning to God in spite of the hate and lies being dispersed by the Marxist left.

With your help and God’s grace and mercy,we can make America great once more!

  2. Thank you for sharing this missive of hope from this young Patriot!
It gives me hope to hear that there are young men and women in California who hold worldviews similar to my family’s, and for that, I thank the Good Lord above, and wonder why the CAGOP cannot effectively run a campaign against the corrupt powers of the Democrats that are running this beautiful state into the dumper…

  3. Morally speaking, Americans [and Canadians with our prime ministers, for that matter] collectively deserve far better than just either the usual conservative or neo/faux liberal in the White House.

But then maybe any U.S. president who, unlike Trump, would make a serious attempt at implementing truly humane, progressive policies — notably universal single-payer healthcare, a significant reduction in greenhouse-gas emissions and military spending, a genuine anti-war effort, and increasing the minimum wage while also reigning in Wall Street abuse/corruption, etcetera — would likely be SUCCESSFULLY assassinated [by lone gunmen, of course]. …

Even today, the police and military can, and probably would, claim [using euphemistic or political terminology, of course] they had to bust heads to maintain law and order as a priority during major demonstrations, especially those against economic injustices.

Indirectly supported by a complacent, if not compliant, corporate news-media, which is virtually all mainstream news-media, the absurdly unjust inequities/inequalities can persist.

It seems the superfluously rich and powerful have always had the police and military ready to foremost protect their big-money/-power interests, even over the basic needs of the masses.
