Spencer Pratt Escalates Battle with LA Mayor Karen Bass Over Palisades Fire ‘Botch’

Former reality TV star Spencer Pratt just lit up Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass like a Christmas tree.

Filmed on a beach wearing a black customized trucker hat with flaming “LET IT BURN” text, dark sunglasses, and a black “HEIDIWOOD” t-shirt, Pratt speaks directly to the camera, as he and his family lost their homes in the Palisades fire.

Pratt roasts Bass after she was caught on a hot mic during a recent podcast admitting that the January 2025 Palisades Fire, that caused billions in damages and destroyed over 10,000 homes, was “botched.” Pratt is now using her own words against her by filing a subpoena in ongoing litigation.

TEXT:

Mayor Karen Bass just got outed for admitting that the Palisades Fire was, quote, botched while on a hot mic at the end of a recent podcast.

However, you can’t find that video anywhere because Mayor Bass’s office demanded that they scrub that footage from the internet.

Well, guess what? By admitting that the Palisades Fire response was botched, she just earned herself a subpoena from our lawyers for the Palisades Fire lawsuit.

Her stunning admission is a massive departure from the ‘oh we did everything we could, it was just hundred mile per hour winds’ BS narrative that they’ve been spinning to date.

But in a moment of accidental candor, she let the truth slip, and this mistake will cost her dearly.

She has just signaled that we were right. They did botch the fire response, and now we have good cause to call her as a witness.

What did she mean by botched? What went wrong? Who screwed up?

Thanks for playing, Mayor Bass. It’s time for my lawyers to go fishing.

BOOM. Mic drop.

This latest controversy stems from Bass’s appearance on “The Fifth Column” podcast, where she reportedly stated on a hot mic that “both sides botched it” regarding the emergency responses to the Palisades and Eaton fires, according to reports in the Los Angeles Times and New York Post. Reportedly, Bass then requested the segment be edited out—prompting accusations of yet another cover-up.

As The Globe reported, the LA Times sued Mayor Bass in March, with the paper claiming that Bass and other officials purposefully withheld and deleted texts and other records during the opening days of the Southern California wildfires in January.

Victims, including Pratt, have filed lawsuits alleging gross negligence by city and state officials, citing empty water reservoirs, inadequate brush clearing in adjacent state parks, and delayed resource deployment despite red-flag warnings.

Prat has used and grown his platform with daily blasts directed at the Democratic duo of Mayor Bass and California Governor Gavin Newsom, while featuring drained reservoirs and documenting unspent federal wildfire funds and missing Fire Aid charitable funds.

In November, Pratt exposed Bass for publicly touting a “rebuild” from the Eaton fire that turned out to be a pre-fire project. Bass’s team responded by deleting the post.

“What did she mean by botched? What went wrong? Who screwed up?”

Seems like Mayor Bass deletes a lot of things. Stay Tuned. The discovery is going to be lit.

  1. The Palisades Fire began on state land, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Documents and legal surveys indicate the fire originated on property owned by California State Parks, which is state land. The initial Lachman Fire, which later reignited as the Palisades Fire, started on land owned by the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority and spread onto state park land. Newly released documents also reveal the fire ignited in a designated “avoidance area” where firefighting operations were restricted by California State Parks. The state said they did not inspect the Lachman fire, but video shows otherwise.

Newsom and Bass have blood on their hands.

  2. We’ve gotten to the point where a miscue of a politician when she really says the truth can be erased, and as a result it never happened, despite the evidence we can all see?

Yesterday, Spencer Pratt pointed out that LA is again draining the reservoir that supplies water to Pacific Palisades. Why? Well they must not think the upcoming Santa Ana winds will pose any fire danger, despite the fact this is what happened less than a year ago.

    Unbelievable.

  3. That screenshot is from the brain-lock part of her interview when the reporter asked her why she was traveling internationally, when Los Angeles was confronting a high-wind situation…
That look on her face means “Oh 💩… I screwed up big time!”
