U.S. Transportation Secretary: California DMV Admitted to Illegally Issuing 17,000 Commercial Driver’s Licenses to ‘Dangerous Foreign Drivers’
‘NEWSOM CAUGHT REDHANDED’

“NEWSOM CAUGHT REDHANDED: Trump’s Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy Exposes California Illegally Issued 17,000 Commercial Driver’s Licenses, Gets Them Canceled,” says the headline at the Department of Transportation.
U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean P. Duffy announced Wednesday that the California DMV actually admitted to illegally issuing 17,000 non-domiciled Commercial Driver’s Licenses to dangerous foreign drivers. Thanks to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s ongoing audit, each of these licenses is being revoked.
While the Associated Press reported that “California plans to revoke 17,000 commercial driver’s licenses given to immigrants after the Trump administration raised concerns about people in the country illegally improperly receiving licenses to drive a semitruck or a bus,” Gov. Gavin Newsom said that isn’t the reason.
“Newsom said the revocations are for violations of state law, but he didn’t provide specifics.”
What a weasel.
As the Globe reported in October:
First there was Harjinder Singh of Stockton, illegally in the U.S., who is the truck driver accused of making an illegal U-turn on a Florida turnpike that caused the deadly August crash killing three South Florida residents.
“Dashcam footage from the semi-truck showed the moment Singh attempted the illegal U-turn with his vehicle, blocking all northbound lanes of the Turnpike,” CBS News reported. “The video captured the minivan crashing into the trailer and becoming trapped underneath.”
Singh fled back to the sanctuary state of California where his commercial license was issued, but was nabbed by U.S. marshals in the San Francisco Bay Area, and extradited back to Florida by Florida Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins, the Globe reported Wednesday.
We now know he failed his drivers test 10 times in Washington State, but was eventually issued a CDL from California.
Another horrid wreck happened, this time in Southern California on Wednesday. Jashanpreet Singh of Yuba City, a 21 year old illegal alien who entered the U.S. illegally but was released by Biden admin in 2022, is a semi-truck driver who Wednesday plowed his truck into several vehicles including a van and the back of a semi-truck that left three deceased and four injured.
He never hit his brakes, or maneuvered out of the way.

Gov. Gavin Newsom initially blamed the federal government for issuing a work permit to Singh, which has nothing to do with a California drivers license.
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy let Governor Newsom have it.
“After weeks of claiming they did nothing wrong, Gavin Newsom and California have been caught red-handed. Now that we’ve exposed their lies, 17,000 illegally issued trucking licenses are being revoked,” said Secretary Duffy. “This is just the tip of the iceberg. My team will continue to force California to prove they have removed every illegal immigrant from behind the wheel of semitrucks and school buses.”
Notices have been issued to the 17,000 non-domiciled CDL holders that their license no longer meets federal requirements and will expire in 60 days, the Transportation Department said.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requires California to provide its full audit of all its non-domiciled CDLs so the agency can verify that every illegally issued license has been revoked and that the failures that allowed these licenses to be issued are corrected.
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s nationwide non-domiciled CDL audit “uncovered systemic policy, procedural, and programming errors in California’s non-domiciled CDL program which allowed thousands of CDLs to be illegally issued to foreign drivers. The audit also found that more than one in four of the non-domiciled CDL records sampled in California failed to comply with federal regulations. This includes issuing licenses that extended well beyond a foreigner’s work permit.”
The Transportation Department announced in October it is withholding over $40 million from California following an investigation that found the state has failed to comply with the Department’s English Language Proficiency standards.
The Department first threatened to withhold funds from California in August if they failed to adopt and enforce ELP requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers. In July, California Highway Patrol has publicly stated it had no intention of following this important federal regulation.

“Newsom Caught Redhanded”
I have so much gratitude for Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy for his seriousness, persistence, and success in this matter I almost feel ready to weep with relief for what he has done, for California and for our country. Loathsome Gavin Newsom’s dismissive denial and repulsive attempts to sidestep his responsibility for the horrors that have happened thanks to him —- not to mention then adding insult to grave injury by making pathetically limp excuses in that phony grandstanding way he has —- is beyond the pale and sickening in the extreme. As you know. I heard a news blurb about Secty Duffy’s announcement and Newsom’s disgusting attempt to claim credit and could only hope that people would see through it. Can’t imagine that they wouldn’t. “Weasel” covers it. For now.
It also pretty much settles the issue of voter fraud.
If Newsom will look the other way and let 80,000 pounds of illegal, illiterate foreign tongued illegal aliens to run over his citizens, voter fraud is child’s play.

It’s funny, during covid I had a renewel. I was done with my long term class A license and wanted to abandon it to class C so I didn’t have to go into the DMV to take the brake test and all that. Couldn’t do it online so I had to face the covid nazi harridans at the DMV to do so. I was met with suspicion as to why I wanted to downgrade my license and they gave a blank sheet of paper to write down the reason for them. I wrote “I’m downgrading from class A to class C because that’s what I want to do.” They kept me there for more than an hour longer while someone called Sacramento for guidence. And to think that they put me through that hostile rigamarole while they were handing out class A licenses to illegals like it was candy at Haloween.

Why 60 freaking days from now, and not yesterday? So more people can die first? Someone make sense of this for me, please!
Thankfully, we have some adults running our country now. People are dead and their families devastated because of the deliberate sabotaging of our licensing system. The blood of those who died are are Newsom’s and the Democrats’ hands.
