Why the Arrest of an Alleged ‘Major Leader’ of MS13 is Much Bigger Than You Think

Sanctuary city Mayor believes illegal immigrants should be treated better than his own citizens

Federal law enforcement officers in Virginia just snagged one of the big criminals lurking within our country this week. And how.

President Donald Trump announced on Truth Social that these officers “captured a major leader of MS13,” one of the most feared gangs within this country. Though many news outlets are considering him “alleged,” this is a huge push forward for righting the ship against international criminals working their way into the United States.

In a YouTube video originally posted on the Office of Public Affairs web page, Attorney General Pam Bondi posted details on the arrest.

She noted that the man was “the leader for the East Coast, one of the top three in the entire country, right here in Virginia, living half an hour outside of Washington, D.C.”

She continued, “He is an illegal alien from El Salvador, and he will not be living in our country much longer.”

Bravo. This marks a huge turning point in the ongoing clean-up of illegal immigrants in our country, particularly those that have set up shop with criminal efforts. I know that Trump and border czar Tom Homan still have work to do, but this is definitely an applaudable effort.

But…this is something to think about. A man this dangerous – a man with criminal ties with hundreds of others – lived among us in a small community. Near Washington D.C., nevertheless. That’s absolutely insane.

And what’s more, that’s not the only case. I’m sure there are thousands of these criminals that are easily nestled within our communities, thinking that they’re doing good but planning something heinous beneath the exterior.

Thankfully, Trump and Homan aren’t resting on their laurels. They’re hunting down as many of these criminals as they can, working alongside ICE officers and other law enforcement members that have signed up for their cause. They’re out to assure the safety of hard-working Americans that don’t want to live in fear or chaos.

What bugs me, however, is when officials criticize officers or those that would assist Trump and Homan.

Fortunately, Homan hasn’t forgotten about them either.

A recent story emerged about local Rochester police officers that worked alongside Border Patrol to pull over a van filled with eight reported immigrants inside. While the officers believed they were doing good, their officials said otherwise.

Democrat Rochester Mayor Malik Evans held a press conference to chastise said officers, with officials explaining that local officers “do not help or participate in federal immigration activities,” demanding that Police Chief David Smith needed to remind every member of his force about this rule.

What really chaps my hide about this is that the police were doing their job. Border Patrol were investigating a suspected vehicle filled with trouble, and the police merely responded and made sure they were safely detained. That’s it. No poor treatment, no anything. Just helping out a law enforcement agency.

And yet, people like Evans believe that they should treat these immigrants with better care and devotion than their own citizens. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

Fortunately, Homan isn’t resting easy on this particular story. He noted in a tweet, “I stand with the officers of the Rochester, New York Police Department that answered the emergency assistance call from the U.S. Border Patrol. That is the way it should be. Law enforcement officers should not be abandoned in the time of need because of politics.”

This, this, a million times this! Democratic leaders are so hellbent and determined to following their own way that they forget about the very idea of law and order.

Kudos to Homan and the supporting federal officers on their detainment, and a big applause to the officers of the Rochester police department for doing their job and not bowing to the pressure of their office.

They’re doing the right thing. And the arrest of that MS13 leader is the proof. You don’t get anything done by admonishing your staff. You get things done by knuckling under and doing your job.

Here’s to seeing even more criminals get their just desserts. It’s time.

  1. It’s appalling that Sanctuary Cities even exist in the USA! It is essentially aiding and abetting criminals.

  2. unless and until these Elected Officials are charged endangering the public, they will continue to solicit funds for reelection and run their mouths until a parent or victim of the criminal element deported by ICE takes matters into their own hands, by seeking Justice in the only way it seems to matter.
these sanctuary city/state/country people should start packing as well.
they put themselves, their staff, and their families at risk, not to mention voters, unless they are being threatened or paid to say such nonsense, arguably because the Oath they took when elected or hired, requires them to act a bit differently?

  3. MS13 and Tren de Argaua are Democrat operatives. They are part of the war on America directed by Obama and the deep state.

Explains why the Democrats are frantic to keep them in the US does it not?
