Governor Newsom Created This ‘Surge’ in COVID Cases
No proof, no evidence, and really no danger as the 20,039,659Â Californians who tested negative have already proved

Gov. Gavin Newsom and California Department of Public Health Secretary Mark Ghaly announced Monday they have halted the entire state from reopening following 250 days of various stages of lockdown since March.
Newsom even claimed the reason is “the fastest increase in cases we have seen yet — faster than what we experienced at the outset of the pandemic or even this summer.”
This is just not true.
What the governor has done is ordered the fastest increase in testing California residents for coronavirus, and the commensurate positive test results.
Gavin Newsom ordered the rapid increase in testing, and even spent more than $100 million to open a lab in Los Angeles to process the tests.
Here are the current COVID-19 numbers:
21,068,895 Californians have been given COVID-19 tests
1,029,235 total Californians have tested positive for COVID-19
20,039,659 total Californians have tested negative for COVID-19
18,263 deaths as a result of COVID-19Â
What we are seeing is not an increase in deaths – those are on the decline – we only see a rapid rise in tests proving that more than 20 million Californians have tested negative for coronavirus as the graph above shows.
Dr. Mark Ghaly said research has shown businesses have been sources of virus transmission, but he offered no evidence of this outrageous claim, other than to say where friends gather together at restaurants and bars is how COVID-19 is spread.

Yet Gov. Newsom and Dr. Ghaly announced moving 41 of the state’s 58 counties into the strictest reopening tier solely based on positive virus tests.

The silliest, hyperbolic response to Gallagher’s Tweet:
“I’m so embarrassed to hear this kind of remark! You obviously don’t know or see the people suffering. Until you experience what other people are, just keep worrying about restaurants! Cmon respect others and not just yourself!”
Where are the people suffering? The hundreds of thousands of homeless vagrants and drug addicts living on the streets in California cities?
The only people suffering in California are businesses owners whose businesses have been forced into closure, their employees, families stuck at home, kids not attending school, and the elderly who have been isolated since March, terrified of catching the virus.
Gov. Newsom and Dr. Ghaly appear willing to destroy the lives of everyone else in the state in order to “manage” the virus, which is not possible.
Unlike Newsom and Dr. Ghaly, a recent controlled test group of 1,848 Marine recruits was done, who were told to isolate themselves for two weeks at home, then in a supervised military quarantine at the closed Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, Marine Corps Times reported. That included having a single roommate, wearing masks, keeping at least 6 feet apart and doing most training outdoors. They also had daily fever and symptom checks.
The recruits were tested for coronavirus when they arrived for the military quarantine and 7 and 14 days afterward. Sixteen, or about 1 percent, tested positive on arrival and only one had any symptoms. Another 35 — an additional 2 percent — tested positive during the two-week military quarantine and only four had symptoms.
A separate study published Wednesday in the New England journal reports on an outbreak last spring on the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt. Among the crew of 4,779, mostly young people, 1,271 became infected; 77 percent did not show symptoms when diagnosed and 45 percent never developed any.
Dr. Ghaly and Gov. Newsom have made months of unfounded claims. Remember when Newsom said the virus started in nail salons?
Regardless of the controlled environment, the virus still spread, and most people don’t even know they have it. Strict lockdowns do not manage the virus or even make a difference in the spread… except to destroy the middle class, their businesses and their children.

And if what he is doing is not a criminal act, then what is? Seems to me he should be arrested and prosecuted. Every person in this state is being ruinously affected in one way or another, and for no good reason. I have a question: Given that Newsom is issuing these latest whiplash restrictions presumably under his self-given Emergency Powers and the recent court ruling resulting from the Kiley/Gallagher suit enjoined him from mandating anything further under that dubious self-designation, WHY OH WHY is the judge not hauling Gov Newsom himself in front of the court and telling him in no uncertain terms to stop it or else? Isn’t that what she needs to do or she might as well have saved her breath and time and energy in ruling against this nonsense in the first place because it becomes meaningless?

According to the CDC, the estimated total deaths in the US as of Nov 16 in 2020 is 2,487,350. The CDC also said 94% of people who died had preexisting conditions listed as a cause. That’s right: only 6% of the “Covid deaths” didn’t have another condition listed as a cause. My mother is in a nursing home in California. I have not been able to see her except through a window since March for fear that she could get COVID from me. She now has COVID but not because she spent time with her family but because the nursing home facility is allowed to have it’s COVID positive residents returned from the hospital to infect the rest of the residents. Now a majority of the elderly patients have COVID. I would have expected Governor Newsom to impose the greatest restrictions in areas that would protect the most vulnerable population, but he has not. His decisions seem all about power and not about common sense.
Democrat governors target the elderly for death by moving covid patients to their nursing homes. Sick, sick, sick.
I am sorry to hear this. These are the things they did when the wanted the numbers up the first time. These people are murderers. My dad was in the hospital for a pacemaker implant and after they said he had to go to rehab. They sent him to a facility in San Diego that in March had the highest Covid numbers. Luckily he did not get it while he was there but I think this was done on purpose. My friend who died at 37 from a long battle with cancer was put down as Covid back in April. These numbers are false or forced and what is going on is purely criminal.
Is there any chance of taking your mom out of the nursing home? It isn’t a prison, right? I know my friend took her husband out of a hospital and cared for him at home. He started getting lots better because she fed him good healthy food and provided much needed human contact. They locked her out the whole time he was in the hospital. It may be a good investment to pay a caregiver to help you at home if needed. (There is that care.com website) And your mom is home and you have peace of mind. Our CA government inhumanely slaughtered almost 2 million very healthy back yard chickens/other birds from April 2018 to June 2020 in S CA only, for a Newcastle Disease, that they never even showed any proof of, or test results (just like they did in 70’s and 2002). Newcastle Disease used to be made into vaccines in 70’s and now a very expensive anti cancer drug for big pharma. CDFA/USDA only targeted the very poor, disabled, Veterans, elderly, and Latinos, that can’t speak English, cus they know we can’t afford to fight back.. CDFA and USDA are so very, very corrupt, and not one government official, including our President would help us.
